Sorry to be morbid - but just drafting a will.

When I die I will probably have fairly substantial balances in several casinos - how does my executor get those monies ? Is there something in casino small print that covers it?

It shouyld be treated like any other credit outstanding and passes to the estate. Not usually anything in the T&Cs, but check where you're playing to make sure there are no sneaky terms in there (you never know unfortunately).
The executor must get in touch and explain the situation, they'll be asked for the usual proof that they are acting on behalf of the deceased.
The monies can then be withdrawn to the original bank account if the executor has access agreed, otherwise a cheque will be arranged.

I think the best tip I can give is if you're planning to shuffle off this mortal coil imminently take all the money out and go on a cruise.

I've thought about this before, how would anyone know! Unless you kept visible records of your balances at casinos then next of kin probably wouldn't have a clue.

:D tell your [closest] to just complete any cashouts that you have :p

That's what I would think too. If you use PayMyCard or check or whatever, just have them do an immediate cash out. Right after they clean out all your drawers, under your mattress and before they wipe your hard drive...Haha

Congrats to you that you'll have cash outs when you go LOL...I love a positive thinker!

Are you afraid of a heart attack when you may win the large jackpot on a slot :D. In seriousness have a note written down and sealed up to be given to the person you trust after you pass or are near passing to withdraw all funds from all accounts then you don't have to go thru all the other paperwork. Failing that you can have in your will a phrase to state your executor has power to withdraw the funds out of your account and to close them they will have the neccesary proof afterwards.
