What does this really mean?

The following T&C left me wondering:

"Bonus Terms
You must wager the FREE bonus 99x before being able to cashout a maximum of $50 FREE. e.g 99x $24 = $2376 wagering. Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player account after processing the payout. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account. Reversing a withdrawal to remove wagering requirements is not permitted with FREE bonus money. Playing Video Poker contributes 25% to wagering"

It seems to imply that if you wager more than what the play through requirements were, the funds will be removed from your account. It really comes down to the definition of funds. Are funds all the money you have in your account as a result of the free money plus any extra or is it just the extra "funds" you have after meeting playthrough and in excess of what you would be allowed to withdraw.

What caused me to re-read the page was how the word available was spelled in a paragraph later in the promo page. "......bonus offers aailable on your next..."

I was going to ask the casino, but I thought I would see what folks interpret this to mean first.

My perception is, once you've met the playthrough and you've reached $2426, they will remove the $2376 bonus money, leaving only the $50 (which is the max you can withdraw). Even if you continue to play, they will continue to remove the excess leaving only the $50. If you aren't bound by a minimum withdrawal limit, withdraw the money as you won't gain anything by continuing to play. If you are bound by a minimum withdraw limit you may as well look at it as "play" money since you will never be able to increase the amount to reach the minimum (hope that made sense!).

If they can't spell right then they probably can't count right, if they
can't count right then you know they can't keep up with all that bonus
wager multiplication hocus -pocus!

I think it means, "Even if you've got the time to grind out 99x wagering for a max cash out of $50 we'll still try to deny a cash out." ;)

That's Top Game I bet....

It sounds like they are trying to keep players from building up an excessive amount of comp points from it. In other words you meet you WR but continue to play without cashing out in an effort to build up as many comp points as possible. Then when you cashout you end up with more than the 50.00 max cashout, since you would have a ton of comp points.

I could be wrong but that's the way I read it. Seems like they are trying to counter that.

and if you cash out right after meeting wagering then they complain that you're 'abusing the spirit of the blah blah'

Yea. It's a nice little catch 22 they setup  I would stay away but meh to each his/her own.

Not signed up, was just reading them before i did.

Well here is what the CS said:

A no deposit promotion has a max cashout amount and only the max can be withdrawn, so there is no reason to go over the max.

They were pleasant and quick.
