What does Flushed mean on withdrawal status

@TradaCasino Next to my withdrawal it says Flushed, Not pending or approved
What does this mean

It means that you can no longer reverse it. It's a good thing.

I also made a depo on my new card as old card was expired it will go back to the card which was latest used right ?
