What does fast payout mean to you, when you see it listed on a site?

I see more and more casinos and sportsbooks say fast payouts,
Is fast payouts 5 days? or 24hours?

This is the one issue that will be more responsible for casino closings this year than any other. Some of the more well established casinos are aware of this fact and are doing things to implement faster payouts. In my opinion there is no acceptable reason NONE, ZIP, NADA for any casino not to have sufficient enough funds on hand to provide for same day payouts.

Anything short of same day payouts is a very good indicator that a casino is not well funded and that they are in fact using player deposits to shore up themselves.

Lastly I'd really like to see some input from the casino operators themselves on this issue. Thanks for bringing the issue up Bethug and have a good one.

Fast payouts is within 24 hrs. I accept long cashouts, 5 days + as long as the history is good and good bonuses are involved. It seems they cost themselves more in bonuses to make us accept such long delays than they would just paying fast.

Fast payout means at least within 48 hours. Those casinos who are trying
to convince you it takes 6-7 days for them to "reach" to neteller is as if
they are living in Africa or somewhere between Himalaya to me.

I would tend to agree with this statement in general. Kiss and Delano are two examples of casinos where very long cashout times preceded their eventual closing. I'm sure there are many others.

However, Casino-On-Net has one of the longest cashout times. All indications are that they have a huge player base, and are extremely profitable and stable. Yet they take 5-7 business days to pay even established customers. They also have subpar software (in my opinion), and pitiful game selection. Why have they flourished?

I agree that CON's software is not as good as most others, and their cashout time is ridiculous. On the positive side I have found their customer service to be exemplary so far. But the best thing about them is their fun promotions, and reasonable requirements. Other casinos could take a lesson.

As for this thread, a fast cashout should be 48 hours or less.

bpb, con at the start marketed very well, and always paid. I think if con was to do 24-48 payments to its loyal customers, more of us would come back and play often.

Hi Cipher

Very happy to respond as this is an issue very close to our hearts. I believe it's pretty straight forward in that it means players get paid as fast as is physically possible. The only constraints to immediate payment are third parties (such as the banking systems) which in many countries do not operate at the weekend (I ask you!). That apart, once the player shows up at the cashier / teller / and in our case, banking screen and requests payment, then that is it: "get on with it please and pay me"!

I realise there is a raft of differing opinion on this score throughout the industry and many operators choose to play it in an alternative way. However, it's our policy to pay without delay with a very limited (or none at all) reverse cash-in period.

Hope this is a worthwhile contribution, regards

Hi Ed:

Your point about the weekend is valid. It's great to have your participation and input. Have a good one.

"Fast payout" means more to the casinos.

Fast payout, or even better, instant payout, should mean much more to the casino than the player. Why? Because "instant payout" stands for rock-solid financial backup. It wins instant player trust, the most valuable commodity in gaming industry. The instant success of Phoenician Casino in reputation in cyberspace and the woeing at the news of it changing to MG where "instant payout" is not yet possible is proof in point. Don't you agree?

Very well put sming. Have a good one.

Excellent post Sming. I would like Mr. Ware to explain if 32 Red (or any Microgaming site) has the ABILITY to offer instant withdrawals to NETELLER.

If so, why isnt it offered?
If not, is there anything that can be done so that it can be offered?

Dont get me wrong i am not dissing on 32 Red. I am just asking a question that only someone who works with Microgaming can answer.

Hi Paul

Good question. The answer is of course yes (as far as 32Red is concerned). The only barrier to making this happen is having the appropriate members of the team on hand to process the transaction. It can be a challenge to always have the right people on duty! However, a simple email asking for your withdrawal to be processed immediately would ensure very speedy payment.

Whilst we are pretty quick right now, we are putting in place some systems and procedures to make things even faster, and we look forward to surprising our players still further in the near future. I hope that goes someway to answering your question Paul

Cheers

Ed ware, i have no problem with how fast your casino pays, you have always been fast compared to all micros and many other casinos.

Why can't con step up? If you been a customer for over 6 months and you use neteller, they should be able to pay you back same day.

I have to dig thru some mail, and i will show the reponse i got back from one casino about being paid fast

"Hey,
You had asked if we would pay you 10,000 in 48 hours. Answer is no.
I do have different options, I will pay you weekly amounts of 2500, or anamount equal to your deposit. Meaning if you deposit 10,000 than I will pay you at a 10,000 clip per week. Pretty much if you are taking a risk, I am willing to take the same. Plus lets be honest, when you get paid out the money stays in your neteller account, so the difference between instant and 72 hours is not really anything, because the money is just sitting at neteller"

ok i will not say what casino, cause i believe email are private. but this what i was told after i ask a question.

I would not give a dime to a casino that sent me an email like that.

That is hilarious
