Weird Slottyvegas issue

Guys maybe someone can tell me more!
today i logged in on slottyvegas to ask for some freespins on chat,
but when i saw my balance it was 83 euro and i did not have any idea how it came there?
i deposit in the past but never leave any money there, i went up to 361 euro real balance but cashout options didnt worked didn't gave a message but just a blank screen when i pushed submit. no bonuses or so where active, and finally support was online and i contacted them, they blocked all gameplay and transactions and its under investigation now, they have to figure out why it came there, they told me it can be from someone else or from the casino. do u guys ever saw such an weird thing like this? and do u think they will let me keep this funds?
i'll update when i know more.

logged in and saw few € there too.
in my case I think there is the supercharged and they had the website down when I was supposed to cash it in..
dunno but hope it works out
 
Thanks for reply, it was not supercharged winnings and never highrolled there it was in beginning as i see now 83 euro welcome bonus after 1 spin of 2 euro it went to real balance but i didnt deposit since 10th of august and played lot of times before there so welcome bonus would be impossible but thats what i saw in transactions i hope siriusly they let me keep the funds.

Wait and see what they say and if they don't rule in your favour, maybe try seeing if they will compromise, after all looking in, it seems you've done no wrong!

Chances are though if its a malfunction or software problems they will be covered by their own T&C's.

Thanks for info jono! i hope they will act kind and fair and when they keep the balance i hope they atleast compensate fairly we will see i guess it will take a long time!

Exactly and thats where the funds came from but i didnt deposit!! i think it went wrong with there system update but i havent got any update on my case sadly:-(

Must be - i went into check where all these 1000's losses came from (i was normally 20 a month in there) and can't display game play prior to 17th Sept-18?:laugh:
 
Case has been checked by the Tech team, and the removed my whole balance and told me it was due to the latest update some people got money in there account with no reason, they didn't apoligised in email neither gave me some compensation yet, the reward team has been informed so i wait and maybe they understand my situation and add me some nice bonus @BETAT

Quick update from my end.

Apologies if any of you are having any issues with your account at this time. We have just completed a platform migration which we feel is necessary to improve our products going forward.

This will allow us to grow our game portfolio over the coming months with the inclusion of Play 'n Go, Yggdrasil and co. as well as new payment methods to open up new markets. It will also increase platform stability and allow us to scale, which is a roadblock we have had to contend with over the past year or so.

While everything possible is being done to make this as seamless a migration as possible, some teething issues are to be expected when undertaking such a complex task. We did our best to ensure that any balances were paid out prior to migrating, so should there be a balance in your account, it is more than likely a migration anomaly. If you do notice something of the sort, please grab an agent on chat and they will be happy to assist.

I do want to play at Betat again, but the selection of providers and rewards are terrible for Canadians. Before I stopped playing back before they were dropped from the Accredited list, all I could play was Microgaming, Genesis, and one leander game. I used to be able to play some NYX and ELK games, but that didn't last long.

I am hoping that Betat will improve the selection of games for Canadians. I was scared that they were sold out to a rogue group, but I am happy this is not the case!

Must play here sometime again. Used to play here a lot and never had issues there.
Only moved on as other casinos had more choice in Slots providers.
Always got paid super fast.

The full NYX portfolio is also on the list for integration in the coming months, along with Play 'n Go and many others. We are also looking at ways to improve payment options for Canada, so if you have any favorites drop me a PM and ill be sure to raise them in the next product meeting.

@CM_BETAT - Are you able to make comment regarding a lot of players on here, including myself having their accounts lock via "Management Decision"

If you'd rather not discuss this in a public forum then I totally respect that decision.

I mainly use Ecopayz which you already have, but I know many Canadians use "INSTAdebit" and "iDebit" to get funds to and from casinos.
