Way to go Grande Vegas!

Well, quite a number of places I think. I've had a couple of self-imposed brief vacations from 3Dice, although to be honest I wasn't awaiting payments, lol. I could have chosen to just have my ability to deposit suspended instead.

I am awaiting two payments from ClubGold, and they did offer to do just that for me. There was also some criticism, a couple of members would have found that offer a little insulting.

I'm glad Grande Vegas is looking after you. If it's because you've exceeded weekly cashout requirements, good for them!

I think most respectable casinos offer some sort of taking a break mechanism, although it might be a temporary block on logging in rather than an account closure. There's no practical difference I can see.

This would be a great thread to have other casino reps let us know how they handle such situations, and how they inform players that such avenues are available to them.

Yes, this is probably something quite many casinos will offer, although in different forms. For example will players in reputable casinos today sometimes have the opportunity to temporarily close an account for like 24 hours only by clicking on a few buttons (no need to contact support).

But yeah...way to go Grande :thumbsup:
