Was hitting almost automatic a few months back on rtg slots, now just getting owned

So here's my story basically.... Got going with bovada last year and it was really fun because i could deposit 50, 100 etc... And simply play. Might rack up 700, might rack up 400, but I was always just hitting enough to keep rolling. Not that I wouldn't make more deposits but I was having fun because I was simply hitting. Well I won about 700, clocked out. Racked up 1300 again after that checked and lost most of it until I won 4000 in jackpot pinatas with 5 pink pinatas. During this time my dad was playing and had a 1500 clock out, a 1000 and soemrhing else I can't remember.

After the 4k I went on a total ice cold streak, couldn't even get a bonus round. I took like a month break and came back playing Aztecs treasure. Racked up 700 and was thinking wow pretty awesome... I clocked out, I said gonna build a bank roll again and like clockwork I racked a 1000 bucks and clocked. I said gonna work it up again a week later and racked up 1500. The craziest part of the story is I told my wife I'm going to hit that jackpot eventually. No lie a day later I hit the jackpot in Aztecs for 9500.00.

All of this was just a monumental run, fun as hell, you name it. I realize that is not something that can happen nonstop, but that was in September of last year. At that same time my dad hit for 2000 and clocked that out as well.

Overall I can't complain about those winnings, they were insane.

But since September, I have one cash out at 300 bucks which I had to go to ignition to get because it's almost like bovada is hell bent on getting their 9 grand back.

I sometimes can't even trigger bonus rounds no matter what I do, we're talking sometimes hundreds of spins, or relogging in and out of games etc.. And I've sunk easily back in a grand or two back and what's funny is even my dad is still on a massive, massive cold streak. The fun of slots is gambling those bankrolls if even a little just to burn. But I swear to God, I can drop 50 100 25 75...doesn't matter, i can barely build over 120 bucks. I get its random but I don't get how over a span of a few months I could sit and simply play and build, even if I burnt it, and just have fun... Then when I hit decent it's like my account feels tagged, it just does.

Who else has had some absolute vicious cold runs with rtg slots almost to the point of quitting?

I seen someone mention casino extreme so I made an account. I think I need a break from bovada, I just feel like I'm tagged and they're gonna keep me tagged until they get a percentage back of those withdrawls. I don't know, would like to hear from others in similar positions

At least you have hit jackpots. I played RTG for years and years and never hit a JP. Never. And with RTG if you don't hit occasional randoms you are perpetually short of the payout percentage or RTP. The only way to come out ahead playing slots is to stop playing/depositing after a huge cash out when you're in the black. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

BTW, I haven't played in years now because it's such a hassle getting money to and from casinos and I was sick of being stuck playing only RTG.

exactly in the end the casino always wins, so hitting jackpots and not cashout is a disaster waiting to happend

I always feel like (tin foil hat on) there were two different servers. As soon as I get a nice payout processed -> I log back in to play and it knows to send me to the big "FU" server.

Story of my life with the Bovada group; get a decent run going on Scary Rich or SR2 and boom, get logged out of the game inexplicably. So for me it's definitely not just RTG.

Lookin back only thing I can see is you think I only cashed out 300, what I meant is after all that other money which was in a fairly short span, 300 is all I could muster up since those big hits and I got the 300 a couple days ago.

Believe me as I said above I know the streak I went on was rare, but here's my question is how many people go on cold streaks that seemingly have no end?

The fun of slots is being able to build a bankroll at times, not all the time, but when we're now months on end where even tho I won and enjoyed some money... I'm not feeling anything random right now. It's not fun when I already know pretty much the fate of my cash "every single time" before I even deposit. That's how absolutely predictable it's become.

And not that I didn't expect anyone to hit cold streaks, but I'm speaking of winning, clocking out and then basically going months and months of not even being able to do anything. That starts feeling more like a directed path than a cold streak.

Edit: mousey, on the issue of money... I do have to say I never had an issue with anyone. I mean when I won 9500 i got 3k,3k and then 3500 checks from bovada without any hassle. Same with all the other checks for 1000, 1500, 700, 4000 etc... They are pretty quick with checks, can be like 5 to 7 days.. Getting money to and from has never been an issue

Have you read any of threads on here about people who have not won in months. It's not unusual. And I don't think anything nefarious is happening. This happens more often than not. A cold streak that lasts months and months is not unheard of.

I agree with all that. There's just a certain feel I get now that I've won some money when prior to that the flow seemed more balanced. Like prior to winning money my deposits would definitely just go down the tubes, but then it'd randomly start hitting where I feel its truly random and my money would fluctuate, nice hits, big hits, small hits, no hits etc... Now since winning money it's no hits, no hits, no hits no matter what time of day, no matter what game, nothing. That doesn't feel random to me.

No I get it....there are lots of people on this board that are now on months of not winning....when I am on a bad losing streak....whatever win I get no matter how small I cash out...I know with bank withdrawals this is too costly...but even 50$ win makes me feel like I can get back on top of the losing streak...

You see, winning streaks (while nice) are just as 'odd' or weird or anomalous as losing streaks. But they do happen.
