Just a heads up to not go and start collecting for the bonuses, as i just spend about 30 minutes building up for the bigger features (jackpot and/or enhanced free Spins) and after a seemingly winning streak, or start thereof, and both meters full (it's those jars at the top) i got an error. Reloaded and the meters were empty again. No balance update or whatever...

Feeling lightly f-ked but hey, don't see support being able to fix that so figured i'd quickly post a heads up here..

Maybe someone can tag someone from SG or whoever has an open line to them..

Didn't feel like a Casino specific issue but a provider Did inform the Casino but those things usually take ages, so just posted it here to save some players a headache and hopefully get s1 from SG to notice asap, but hey..

Just to make you aware; the pots that visually fill up are not representational of any progress or that they may be due to trigger.

It states in the help file it’s purely a graphic and has no impact on any function of the game. Pretty much all these type of games have the same mechanic.

Having said that, it shouldn’t be resetting them when you exit, but I wouldn’t think you’ve lost anything.

I've not looked at the slot, but if it's one of them, then it does indeed "reset" at a reload, I remember a tomb raider slot do the same.

It's pure graphic and does not affect the slot in anyway, so little point of reporting it

Does feel silly to not be an actual part of the mechanics, and i would've never guessed it was moot. I played similar games before, and with this one as well, the pots get emptied after you trigger the feature, so it sure seems like they are doing 'something'...
