Waiting on a Slotocash payout

I have recently started playing again at Slotocash due to the problems lately at CW and was lucky enough to win and make a withdrawal for $1500.00. I received an email stating it had been processed by Slotocash on 12/26, but I still haven't received the money. I've sent emails requesting a status update, but received no reply so I just went to chat and asked for an update and was given some very general answers, like - I promise you will get your winnings....You will receive this shortly, etc. Has anyone had any problems with withdrawals from them or is anyone else waiting on their money? How quickly are wires for US players usually processed?

Please, go up to the IGaming Reps tab and send MsSloto a PM stating your problem. I'm sure she will help you out, and it might help move things along for you.

Good luck!

I wouldn't worry too much as they are accredited and do pay out. It's pretty much a timescale thing seemingly.

I dont live in the US, but it took 2-3 days for me to get my winnings (bday bonus) from SlotoCash just recently (moneybookers).
So was good, couse i thought it would take longer.

Any1 know why they use 2 names btw? SlotoCash & Slots Capital?

Good luck & hope you get your winnings asap!

slots capital = rival game format

slotocash is real time gaming format

hope it helps )

I've rec'd wire cashouts as quickly as 3 biz days after processed to up to a couple of weeks. The times they've gotten held up I've definitely contacted MsSloto to help chase them down - they seem to sometimes get crossways when Sloto changes or adds a new processor.

Mush,

As far as USA players are concerned you are playing at a casino that pays promptly with an excellent forum rep in Ms Sloto to boot. During her stint here, I have never known her to evade an issue. She takes everything to heart and provides quick and reasonable solutions. In fact, Slotocash/Desert Nights seem to buck the growing trend of having problems in paying players from the US.

I am not worried the least about you getting paid. I believe Georgina(Ms Sloto) may well be looking into your issue this very minute.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I sent MsSloto a pm and she replied very quickly to let me know that their processor did not process during the holidays and they were unaware of this, but she checked and said all outstanding wires have been sent so I should be receiving it sometime this week, but I still haven't gotten it. I know I'll get paid, which is the reason I played at CW exclusively for the last couple of years and just recently gave Slotocash another shot since they are accredited and haven't had any of the non-payment issues we've seen with other groups in the past....accredited and non-accredited. Its just frustrating having to wait this long, as I know everyone else understands and I guess that's just the price (one of them anyway) we pay for choosing to continue to play online as US players in the current environment, but that still doesn't make me any less anxious to get that $1500...lol.

Actually he was asking both, so I answered the one.

I hate to break it to you, we have barriers as well thanks to the u.s. government, because processor's think Canada and the states are the same:what:, our government is no hell either so I can feel some of your guys pain.;) Long gone are the days of 2006/2007 where we had plenty of options for processors, nowadays it might be 3 and that's if you're lucky and you end up paying higher fees for those options.

The only people who have it good right now is the u.k. folk.:)

still waiting.... Ms. Sloto told me that there had been yet another mess up on their part and my withdrawal had not been processed when I was told it was on 12/26, but it was finally done last week and I should "definitely" have my money this week. Still no money and I'm not real happy about it. Guess my experiment with playing somewhere other than CW is coming to a quick end. I haven't waited this long for a withdrawal in years, even as a US player.

This is good news, I was beginning to think this was going to be Rushmore all over again. I finally get the courage to finally do a wire transfer, and everything starts going to shit.
Now lets hope since mine was processed on Wednesday morning, that everything will go smoother. I'll let everyone know if things go smoother for cashouts after the Holiday's and what not. Hopefully to establish a more sound time frame.

The US govt. is simply indulging in protectionism for it's own tax-reaping domestic gambling industry.
If given freedom to play online, US players would in the main play online for RTP's in excess of what they can get in land-based casinos. Has this matter not been in the Supreme court yet?
