WARNING: Vortran007 – our warning robot has just announced that Mr Ringo casino (mrringo.com) is not recommended. There are a number of non-payment issues, and their support team seems to be asleep at the wheel.

I suspect these guys are having real trouble getting their shit together. Perhaps it's come as a shock to them that players actually want to be paid and/or are not stupid as fence-posts when it comes to getting dicked around on bonuses and reading Terms.

On a recent complaint the rep came back and said "we want to help settle this, a manager needs to look into it." Fine, sounds good. Nothing happened.

Later someone came forward and said "I want to be the forum rep for our casino ... set that up for me and let me know the details." I pointed them to the forum registration page and told them to let us know once they'd created their account, etc. Nothing happened.

You have to be especially confused to think that shit like that is going to impress anyone. Needless to say, I was unimpressed, hence the Warning: Mr. Ringo : repeated non-payments issues and AWOL Support.

The only casino I know of that applied for (and spent a shedload of money) a UK license and was declined when they failed to agree on criteria for protection of funds.

Played here when they first opened (pre UKGC days) and was a decent casino, but rapidly gone down hill since.

I had a little look into the protection of funds and there are different levels of interest

All they have to do is to keep funds in a separate account but if they really wanted to do a runner with that account they could, Unsure if the account is subject to review all the time,

Than there is high level where the actual funds are protected for us players, Not many has opted for that one

The basic level of funds protection under a UKGC License is next to worthless anyway. You can have as many 'separate' accounts as you like but the question is who has access to them?

Regardless of any of the 3 UKGC Player Funds protection levels used by a casino, if they go tits-up the IR and VAT people can take their cut first anyway and effectively sequestrate them if owed money.

Yes there useless and that is the question who does have access to them?

With the highest protection I am sure the players are safe as if I remember right Coralcasino has this one as I took a look and pretty sure the customers funds are protected, but your probably right because as always the government and tax man would snap up any money owed first
