Has anyone played at Volt Casino?

I made a deposit about a month ago, and rather than have my money go into my account they withheld it until I provided documents. I've never seen this before, and when they asked for me to send the docs to a gmail account I refused and asked for a refund. After about a week or two, I went into chat because I didn't receive anything, and they started giving me the run around. I again asked for a refund and they said they processed it on Feb 2nd... obviously I haven't received a thing.. no where in my transaction history does this deposit show up either...

I've never seen a casino withhold the deposit from you right away... anyone else experience this?

Needless to say I am still out of my initial deposit.... their answers are vague and unhelpful. I've never received a response from any email I've sent them either.

Happened to me at a different casino (videoslots) that they didn't let me loose a penny until I was verified, of course thats a different ballpark as they where very fast and no fuss with the verification.

Personally I like the idea of upfront verification, saves you the worry come cashout time.

Actually I like this system, where you verify first and when you win it's easy to withdraw and no fuss made of the withdrawal, remember at that time there's more adrenaline pumping than at the beginning.

Where do you find all of these casinos I've never heard of?

Was it someone who recommended this place or what was the reason you wanted to sign up?

Now that's bad and unfortunate. So, we, definitely, have to stay away from such casinos!
