Well, I'm pleasantly surprised!

A couple of years back this group had multiple platforms operating (mobo, onebet, lucky casino, etc) and I fell foul of some shoddy decisions by them to confiscate my winnings. This was resolved via UKGC stepping in and judging in my favour.

Fast forward. It seems Viral have now closed down these various sites and have just one UK registered site, Platin Casino.

I thought I would give them a try, especially given I felt safe knowing 'mistakes' would be rectified with them. Quite pleased I did! A pleasant site with good range of games, quick processing of withdrawals and funds in my account quickly as well.

As much as I was quick to scorn them when they done me wrong, I will equally praise them for doing things right. Pleasant site, verified docs quickly, no issues with withdrawals, etc. However, please note I did not accept any bonuses so can't comment on that side of things!!

Seems strange how volatile the casino market can be with good brands falling from grace and others improving.

I'm glad you posted this, as I have been wanting to post the same for a couple of weeks. Didn't want to be called a shrill!

Amazing casino, fastest withdrawals I have experienced and they have the highest RTP on the slots. None of this 94% or 91% on PlaynGo and Microgaming.

SoW took a couple of hours to complete and now support message me once a week to check I'm in control.

Ritae, don't get me wrong, I was all for ripping Viral to shreds at one point!! PAB here, message to their top bod, messages to UKGC, helping other members with issues against them, etc.

But, I am pleased (for them) that they have turned it round for the better. Credit where credit is due, they have certainly moved in the right direction.

Well I just made an account at Platin casino. uploaded KYC documents online very smooth. Will wait to see how quick they verifiy. Also noticed a dreaded SOW/SOF section Spoke to live support you replied quickly. They wont ask for it until you reach 2k in combined withdraws/deposits.

Told them im self employed so wage slip and I wont ever provide a bank statement. They have said certain limited info from my business could suffice merchant banking info etc. But still im loath to provide any kind of source of wealth so will probably just close my account if im asked.

Well at Platin casino made a small deposit and managed a cash out of £150 - documents verified within an hour - withdraw was processed within around half hour back to paypal. Smooth site and high RTPS ... so far so good.
