Hi to all.

I wanted just to bring this matter at the attention of casinomeister and I do not like the way they share the private informations with every companies.they must stop this.

1- Take a look what the casino is saying in the terms and conditions in the website /

Our policy at Club World Casinos is that all personal information you provide, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number, is private and confidential and will not be shared, rented, sold or distributed in any manner to any other person, company or organization.

2-Look at this email whih I have received from this company which I did not ask for account and I do know them either

Dear / My name adn surname

As a valued customer of Club World Casinos they have asked us to pre-register you for a QuickTender account.

QuickTender is one of the safest ways to pay and play and will facilitate all your purchases and withdrawals quickly, securely and privately.

As an additional privacy protection measure you will not see QuickTender openly advertised at the merchant site. Instead wherever you see the UseMyWallet logo below you will be able to deposit with your QuickTender account.

It's simple to register and even simpler to use!

Follow the easy steps below to activate your account:
Click on the link now to activate your account
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Enter your temporary username blahblah and press ‘Activate’ button
Choose a new username, select and confirm your password and security question
Press ‘Save Password’ button and now login to your account
Go to your personal settings and enter your personal information
You are now ready to make a deposit into your QuickTender account

How it is possible that they ask others to open an account for me. Is this new way of maketing.

I have had this E-mail twice. They join the list of casinos that have tried this. BelleRock & Jackpot Factory also preregistered me for a PaySpark account a while back - and this Lebanon based outfit went AWOL with some player funds more recently (locking accounts and being uncontactable).

Worse for ClubWorld, they have done this indiscriminately, not just for those US players who are finding it hard to deposit. Non US players have no need to resort to the untested & secretive QuickTender, so there was no need to preregister non-US players. Additionally, should QuickTender go bad, they will have a load of personal details to sell to spammers and dodgy casinos. Spammers and Phishers can do far more damage if they can address you by name & appear to have your personal details - far easier to make the E-mail look genuine.

ClubWorld should have first contacted players to ask whether they would like to be preregistered, some would have said OK, some not.

PS - You have not removed your temporary username from the example - this could be risky. Suggest you edit or ask a moderator to remove it.

Thats quite a bit of information they have decided upon themselves to pass on for you.

Application Requirements

* In order to open an Account with PaySpark you must first open a PaySpark Internet Purchasing Account
* You will need: A copy of a Government recognized Identity Document (e.g. Passport / Driver's License)
* A copy of a utility bill showing your residential address, no older than 6 months
* A valid Social Security Number (USA Only)

Thanks for the post. It is not problem. I hope the moderator will remove it. Even that I know that I will not open an account there . it was just to let you know guys that the casino does not respect privacy. When it is the case in the players side they come with the terms and conditions using them to deny payments.Let see what the casino have to say about that.

One of the very few faux pas' I found for the Villento casino was very similar https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/click2pay-account-opened-but-not-by-me.16942/

It seems the 'rules' for quicktender invitations have changed (or there never were any) now I get invitations from casinos I only made a small deposit at once, when a month or so ago you couldn't buy an invitation.

This was a bad move.. can only hope it doesn't have lightning rod of attention effect for QT.

On the one hand, I understand why QuickTender needs to be careful in this environment and rely on the casinos as the gatekeepers for their new sign ups. But the problem is how this process currently allows the player's info to be sent to QT without the player's prior consent. A better method would be to have the casino send out an invite to sponsor the player's QT membership, and then leave it up to the player to complete the application process by entering in their personal info and some sort of sponsor code.

I couldnt agree more.

Maybe just a quick email explaining how payspark would benefit you with a link to the application form.

How about giving quicktender accounts to all the players that are practically BEGGING, instead of signing a player up without their consent?

The casino rules are clair and simple to understand.

For my side , I do not care how the the compagny got my private informations. It is the casino who give it to them and simply this is against the casino principles.

Yes, I have received numerous invites where casinos sent my info to them.

Please people, if you have to post about any e-pay, at least just use initials, not full names of the place.

Why? We're just posting information that's already well-known by our Fhrer....err I mean the US government. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were already investigating QT to see if they can make charge them with anything, just like they did with Neteller.

I think the subliminal hint is already there with the name... 'keep it on the qt' :D I, for one, would like this option to stay open as long as possible.

Hi

I still don't understand why Ecocard bothered rebranding as Quick Tender and went through all the trouble of re-signing people up from the USA.

It was no big secret from the beginning.

As far as the privacy issue goes neither Club USA/World or any other casino allowing US players to play at this moment in time should pass personal information to any third party, irrespective of it being "informative".
