I never received payment from Villento Casino. I'm wondering how I go about handling this. I have tried chat, email, calling to no avail. I was on chat for 2 hours. First I was dismissed rudely. I restarted chat to be introduced to the same person who I told I have proof and he asked me for the withdrawal amounts and dates. I sent them. He said my withdrawals were reversed and to look in account history through paycheck. I did... There is nothing in my history stating 15000 was reversed...I have withdrawal receipts upon withdrawal receipts. Only 2 payments came through via etransfer and the rest..nothing...what do I do. I definitely wagered more then enough and deposited wayy over like 800$ so this makes noo sense!!

As it is a casino rewards casino you should PM the Rep @Renee_RA and she will look into it for you.
If you are not Happy with the answer you could then launch a PAB and @maxd will handle it on your behalf with the casino.
