Does anyone know the legalities off being able to deposit at Videoslots casino and midway threw a deposit on a fully verified account not being able to withdrawal as my photo ID is out off date?

It's not like it's just gone out off date, it's been out off date for about a year now and I have already made a withdrawal from my last deposit.

I was sure that if you can deposit being a UK player you can withdraw also, I have played/deposited and withdrawn countless times in the last year at Videoslots.

They’re gonna ask you to send a new id. It’s happened to a couple of us.

pretty sure it’s somewhere in their t&c’s.

legal or not they ask for it.

They did for me quite a while back, just said it was expired, new one was approved in minutes and withdrawal proceeded as planned.

I just got paid! It was a nice surprise when I logged in for a tournament and I had no balance.

Which can be the complete opposite some times due to the tournament requirements going up.
