Videoslots delaying payment of £45455.29 withdrawal

100% problem gambler making up stories after the fact. Regardless VS should have checks/mechanisms in place to make it impossible to fund your account with anything but registered methods in your own name. Failing that and allowing customer to play with those funds they have to pay up. Small print doesn’t count, this is customer protection.

Case closed 😉

At best, VS will have to refund the deposits made in my opinion. The OP may as well forget about the resulting winnings.

Should he choose not to, the ICO will be informed of his non compliance with GRPR and the intent will be there to take action on this ALSO to the fullest of my abilities, and that of my counsel.

Stay in your box.
If you can't stand the heat - stay out of the kitchen. YOU chose to post this publicly - and you seem intelligent enough to understand that not everyone will agree with you when posting in a public forum. This forum is not full of trolls - many folks here agree with you, but there are many who don't and they are trying to explain why. It's a debate.

You can threaten VS all you want with bad publicity and lawyers, etc., but to come here and threaten me with GDPR violations? I don't think so.

We're done here - your account will be deleted, BUT we retain the right to hold on to your information to protect our business. This is clearly stated in our GDPR policies.

Of course, now we’ll never know if she was right.

This escalated very quickly indeed. The more the OP is revealing the more suspicious it is looking. As has stated, if you do have £30k in your own account, why use your sons account to make the deposit? Doesn't make any sense at all.

Add to this that legal action will be from a non EU country in an EU country so the case will have to be heard in Malta you will have an expensive litigation process. I am not so sure if you can claim your own cost for such civil litigation. I know that previously, in the small claims Court in the UK, I couldn't claim my own expenses. All I could claim for in addition to the claim amount was interest.

4 minutes after this question was asked was when she asked for her info to be deleted. She was replying to all other comments , many replies within 5 minutes, but didn't reply to that one. Looks like she should have listened to herself and just stfu when she said she was going to, the hole was already big enough.

It was classic shyster behaviour, bearing all the usual hallmarks of problem gambling, and wanting to claim recompense for their boo-boo.

Create thread implying a matter of urgency - check

Use other people's money to fund one's gambling - check

Give evolving accounts of what occurred, implicating oneself on a public forum - check

Realize that one's story is fishier than plaice sold during the heatwave; get angered by people's refusal to side with the story - check

Cite health problems that have no bearing on anything, never mind legal matters, in an attempt to silence dissenters and get others to pity you - check

Finally go full- "Me against the world" and go hell for leather, attacking all and sundry, even the site itself - check!

I mean sure, law of averages dictate that for every 100 cases we see, one might be genuine; the desperate lashings out of a player wronged as they feel no one's prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. Just that this wasn't one of them.

Saying that, it'd be great to see this on This Morning. Firstly, as a sort of curio, as I didn't think anyone watched that show anymore, let alone TV.

Provided their queue- hopping hosts haven't been axed by then!

I will be interested whether this piece will be before or after the announcement that some z-list celebrity is pregnant.

I mean, This Morning is THE programme to tune into to get your daily news fix. Who needs dedicated news programmes after all.
