Vera&John - Any good or bad points?

Hi im thinking of having a deposit or 2 at Vera & John today. Have had an account with them for a while but only ever made a few deposits in the past.

Any good points bad points ? They seem to pay out fast with checking them here, but over all what are they like ? support etc ?

No issues in general, pretty decent promo's, great game selection, and a coin based shop, which can be fun at times.
Indeed pretty fast withdrawals, sometimes even instant!

I basically almost always use E-wallets to deposit, and can always take any offered match ups w/o problems..so maybe your talking about speific E-wallet? Or else it may be a U.K. thing..

The KYC wasn't the smoothest i've encountered, but it wasn't the worst either

Neteller match deposits aren't allowed in UK anyway, can't speak for rest of world. KYC was a bit of a nightmare for me and others:

The ewallet issue is a UK thing .... but think its just for the opening bonus ... any case im not really a bonus player these days. So not fussed by that.

accounts been open an age so would probably have to re-do KYC as have changed address ... I will ask them about this. As prefer to know thats sorted before depositing.

Seems just Uk Neteller is banned from ALL bonuses,used to be only the 1st deposit but they changed it a while back:

Yup no bonus with any ewallet for us lowly UK addicts

Spoke to live CS on KYC she told me to email them in, copies of ID cards etc so on this one im going to give it a miss I think. As no way am I sending copies of my card details through un-secure email.

I have had my card hacked 2 times in 2 years so am ultra carefull. And V&J seem to be well liked but in this day and age no excuse not to have a secure httpS location online to upload sensitive personal data.


So this alas is enough for me to say I wont be depositing at V&John today. Shame as I upped my daily depo limit to £500 and was going to give them a good blast. Ah well , back to Video Slots, and Sky Vegas later tonight.

That's odd, I usually deposit with Neteller and if there's a bonus available, I can claim it. Have not had any problems with KYC but always good to be verified before you deposit. I tend to be more luckier at V&J, so I've decided to deposit more ... They've revamped their site, game play is 99% smooth (just an occasional casino error in a 4-hour session). My place to-go (alongside Videoslots)!
