4.6 Where a Sign-Up Bonus, or any bonus that is equal to or greater than 100%, has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause. Casino Management may not exercise this clause in some instances.

Is this really ok? I dont think this is a term that any accredited casino here at casinomeister should have. I mean 6x for all bonuses , of 100% and over. This used to be ok for a NO deposit bonus, but 6x for deposit bonus is a joke. No-one should take a bonus greater then 100% , because you can win 6x so easily. I mean even some not so well known outfits (cityclub with playtech software comes to mind) , that have in the past had rules similar to this, have had the max cashout of 20x or 50x deposit, but 6x is something you can win so easily.

I dont think any deposit bonus should have a max cashout clause. It is ok for a NO deposit promo, but not for a deposit bonus. Please stop offering promotions, if they are like this. I know most folks who read casinomeister read the t&c, but for new users, it is a horrendous thing to find out that their jackpot win is basicly voided and they get a few hundred instead.

And didn't they initially have 6x max withdrawal on signup bonus only? Now its on every bonus of 100% and over? Feel free to merge this with another thread if you deem its not appropriate to have a new one.

I completely disagree with this term and believe they should not be accredited with these kind of terms however I am not Bryan and we all have choices, play without a bonus or at a different casino, it is really a simple choice.

whats the point of taking a bonus with those crappy terms?

This 6x max cashout is a joke though. Hopefully Bryan looks into this and does not allow accredited casinos to do this

I have provided a list of all sites that have this 'bonus term' (sorry, insurance policy against winners.)

There has been a few threads about the x6 bonus max takeout, But to have it on any bonus is an outrage,

KK I know you only mean well mate but I did not no about the VPL and would of been good if put the the sites as people does not no about theses piggy backs siter sites, Thank you dunover for links

Thanks dunover. These threads can be merged, but anyhow these terms are not something an accredited casino should have in my opinion. Even if it only applies to signup bonus its an insurance policy against winners like dunover said.
I seem to be wrong, it still only seems to cover signup bonus, so retention bonuses of 100% and over are still OK.

In april bryan said "They don't apply this to retention bonuses, only to initial bonuses.". However this does not seem to be the case now, since it clearly reads all bonuses of 100% or over. Sorry for making a new thread dunover, i agree these could be merged.

It was after aperll Bryan put this up,Just only the other day, All acreddited xasino must put there sister sites or or is piggy backing of them, This was due to aload of complaints about not geting paid when excluded from one site,

There quick enough to tell you that money is void due to excluded from one of there sites but not enough quick enough to tell you what sites are what

Like i said i made a mistake , and couldn't read properly , thats why a minute after posting i changed my post. This does not apply to retention bonuses , only the SUB.
