I got a flyer through snail mail and saw that were being paid online. I took a chance like an idiot when I knew better and now I have been waiting for an entire month for a 400 dollar wire transfer. Every time I contact support they keep give me no answer. Apparently something is wrong with their processor and now I have to wait another week just to find out what is going on. They told me 3-15 days and I would receive the funds. They then told me 15 business days. Now it has been 20 business days and over a month. The first red flag was when I saw an option to reverse my withdrawal and then they would give me a bonus on that money. I have only since this trick once before and it is a humongous sign of a rogue establishment. I never reversed anything and I am still waiting. The document approval also took an entire week. So after 4 plus weeks nothing has changed. This is just a warning to everyone else to stay far away from this company. I am going to wait one more week and then see what happens. If they don't let me know whats going on I will have to go to the bank and get my 50 dollar deposit back. Regardless of the situation it just sucks that casinos do this. I wish they would just tell me they are not going to pay me, so I don't have to deal with this nonsense. I read online that people have been paid, but it has taken months to receive their funds.
On another note I played at grand prive casino and they would not pay me either. They said they needed documents sent every 2 months which is complete nonsense as well. I will never fall victim to any of these sites ever again and stick to the places listed on casinomeister so I know I will receive funds if I happen to win. I know a lot of people ignore casinomesiter from time to time in hopes of finding somehwere new to play but I strongly advise against doing that. Stick the sites that are good and you never will have these problems. I hate it when there is nonstop challenges at getting paid if I get lucky. Sheesh.. just finding ways to deposit is hard enough.
