Vegas Strip RTG - confusing freebie offer

I just got a spam mail from these guys with a couple promotional signup offers. The first is a 550% bonus and the other is a $50 freebie.

so uhhh...it's a freebie for new members only but you have to have deposited before to claim it????

I suspect that one of the two terms (probably the bottom one) is a standard one that was not modified for the offer. Note that Vegas Strip is a skin for Virtual Casino (on rogue list).

Thanks for the heads-up, I looked it up in CM's RTG list and it just says "not yet reviewed"
