And your first link was a spammy redirect to grosvenor from youtube.
As there is no skill involved, this would be classed as a lottery. I'm guessing you don't hold a gaming license to run this, and that Grosvenor don't allow you to use theirs, therefore illegal.
You are offering an incentive for players to sign up, most affiliate programmes specifically forbid this in their terms so I would check its ok first.
