VBScript Error 2738 HELP

Hi - I am not sure what I am doing but, I want to know if anyone else has had the following problem. I had a casino lobby upgrade - nothing unusual until it finished and it said I had to delete the game and then download. Well, I did this and now I cannot download the casino due to: 'ERROR 2738. Could not access VBScript run time for custom action'. The casino is accredited and I have never had this problem before. I have tried everything including my computer support company. I even contacted the casino and although helpful - nothing worked. I think it may have something to do with Hastings International B.V. but not sure (only because of the VBScript Error. Can anyone help me?

If I had to guess I'd say that the problem is happening on your computer and not on the casino's server. This link ...
