First of all, i like Redbet. Have played 2-3 times here and already had 2 cashouts. (I have all my docs verified)

First cashout of 100 Euro took 12 Minutes.
Second cashout of 100 Euro is now pending since 90 Minutes.

Both cashouts to Skrill (And deposit also made with Skrill)

First of all: This is not a big deal, i don't need the money "right away", a couple of hours is fine and i like RedBet, so this is not a rant :) Still: If they offer "Instant Cashout" why not handle all cashouts (especially these small amounts) instantly?

The only casino that offered REAL instant cashout was the good ol' Virgin Casino (before they changed). Every withdrawal to Skrill was in my account 20-30 Seconds later.... Is any casino left that really does "Instant Cashouts" like Virgin did it?

Quite often the delay is with the payment processor. Some casinos have automated systems to handle cashouts so the processing at their end would probably be a standard time (instantly, 1 hour etc). I don't know if Redbet have an automated system but my guess is yes hence the "instant cashout" claim. If that is the case, the delay would probably be with Skrill crediting the payment to your account at a guess.

If it isn't automated, it probably sends an alert to a member of staff when a cashout request comes in. If that person is otherwise engaged, in a meeting or out to lunch then you might get the 90 minute delay but most of the time it probably would be instant.

Beyond eWallets, a casino couldn't really offer "instant" cashouts to a bank account/card as they would be at the mercy of the banking system in the target country. They could offer "instant cashout processing" possibly but cards and stuff usually have stricter KYC procedures from what I can gather.

I totally get it for Banking... But it IS possible for e-wallets. Good ol' Virgin.... I had at Virgin over 30+ cashouts, and not ONE cashout took longer than 30 seconds to Skrill... Outstanding! Received the money from Redbet now... about 2.5 hours... Easy.
