useless support team

Hi there! I experienced the following problem in the Seamrog game. The support people don't seem to be able to help me, only advising me to clear the cache and cookies again and again, which I have already done.

That's why I wanted to ask if you guys have ever had similar situations in online casinos when the support services were so unhelpful?

Which casino? If you have a stuck game round or provider issue and support are giving the worst advice (cookies) you need to push them and try to escalate to a supervisor until you get to someone who isn't reading off a support agent encyclopedia. A broken clock is still right twice a day so very occasionally cookies are actually the problem but its infuriating how often they use this as a crutch for any and all issues..

I used to be a VIP player in some casinos and I want to say that you are most likely unlucky with a particular agent. You can try contacting in a few hours, and after that, another support manager will be on shift and will be able to help you. You can repeat this step several times until you reach a more experienced manager.

Also, I would like to note that in most casinos, VIP service is much better than regular support.

I managed to reach the casino management exclusively through a VIP support. It seems that regular support agents don't have the authority to escalate ordinary problems to a supervisor.
