I've just noticed the new banner! :D

I think this is a first for CM as I have never seen them advertised before.

Just while I am here - have any of the regular players noticed the monthly promotions have really gone downhill since last August/September?

I am very upset with Laddies. I used to get really juicy bonuses from them quite regularly, but now they seem to have slipped a bit. It can't be anything to do with the US players deserting them as they never allowed them in the first place and they must have more players than they originally did say from a couple of years ago. So, I just don't get it.

Would be great to hear other regular LB players feedback.

Ladbrokes

I tried them last year. Couple of deposits and a withdrawal. Payment back to Neteller was fast, similar to BoDog and Club World speeds.
I viewed the promotions, and tried one but got no feedback as to how many entries, results, etc. I have not seen anything that looks like a bonus or "everybody gets something" promotion, and it mostly looked like lucky draws with small prizes. In the end, it vacated my hard drive to make space.

Rather unimpressive in terms of promotions, but impressive in terms of speed of payment of winnings.

I'll put in my 2 cents here.

I assume VWM is talking about casino bonuses and nothing else?! They are few and far between indeed, no doubt about it.

The poker/casino perks otoh are really good involving cashbacks, free credits, reload bonuses(sportsbook mostly) and gratuitous gifts.

I'm unaware of monthly promotions exept from poker so I'll just leave that alone. Cashouts(and this is where they shine, are instant or next to it) no need to ask or beg or wonder, they process your withdrawal stat.

CAVEAT: I'm not an affilate nor a major stock owner, these are just my immideate opinions, take 'em for what they're worth.

Hit the nail right on the head.

I used to consistently receive bonuses of around 150-300 per month with just a 4x playthrough and I'm definitely not a HR. But now, it doesn't get anywhere near that. If I'm lucky I will just get a match.

I hope they change their strategy soon.

Although I did receive an email recently about how they have revamped their VIP club:

We are tailoring our VIP Loyalty Scheme to meet your needs individually. We offer a range of VIP Loyalty bonuses and rewards of differing levels, to suit all VIP rankings. Your VIP status shall be sustained for three months, and we shall reward you for the whole three month period - monthly and weekly.

Our bonuses and rewards include:

Monthly Bonuses thats free chips

VIP Loyalty Points money back on all you wagers

Exclusive VIP Promotions offers exclusively for VIP from Hospitality to great gifts

VIP Lounge the High Stakes Gaming room for the discerning player

Sounds interesting, time will tell.

I have been with Ladbrokes for about 4 years and only ever recieved one bonus for about 20. Their bonus system does suck but when it comes to payouts they are super fast.

I stopped playing their casino last year because I found the machines ice cold. Since then I have just stuck to their games section and played Ladbrokes Balls. If you enjoy lotto type games, this one is probably the best on the net. I hit 4 numbers in for a stake of only 10p and netted 1000- the most I have ever won on internet gambling :)

I agree. Laddies was/is one of my favorites, but there's just not enough incentives to keep me going back month after month.

I did have great fun with their daily scratchcards a couple of months back - a unique promotion which I would love to see repeated! ;)

But they are a far cry from the good old monthly bonus days of 2003 - ahhh.. those were the days!

Good sports

You need to subscribe to the newsletter so you can stay abreast of these things - they came on board this week. :D

Andrew and Natalie have signed up as casino reps - please be gentle :D

I only assessed the casino. if promotions were geared at sports betting or poker it is unlikely I would have noticed. I signed up for the newsletter (twice), but nothing seemed to come along, and still hasn't so I assumed that newsletters were few and far between as with some other casinos.
Although deposit related bonuses aren't everything, I saw no other types of casino promotions, such as wager and winnings tournaments, other than the play 3-card poker for 25 credits or more and enter a daily draw. I played 3-card poker, but got no kind of mailer confirming entries. I also found it hard to navigate to any meaningful information on this, and other, promotions, all of which did not seem to match what I had seen posted about the casino. It is clear now that all the "good stuff" ended well before I joined, and that is why it was far below my initial expectations.
If I played poker, or betted on sports, I would likely use Ladbrokes in favour of most of the other non-UK online bookmakers simply because they have a high street presence, and have made a mint out of my Dad with the horses (..and I would like to have it back please:) )

Yeah man, old skool KK! LOL. Yes, they were the days. Loadzobonuses on their website and by email. Double cashback, double double cashback etc etc. I could go on...

Classic.

Have done

I have indeed signed up to YOUR newsletter, it's just that I am a bit behind with my reading matter, what with 300/400 E-mails to handle over the Xmas period, mainly due to the fact that spammers are busy circulating my addy, and I'll bet a few casinos have sold it on too!!

Ladbrokes also had a "sign up for newsletter" option, but I barely saw ANY mailers from them (Probably less than three in total in as many months, and they were not billed as monthlies either). I get other casino's "monthly" newsletters at least half a dozen times each month:rolleyes:
