Question untamed bengal tiger underpays ???

hi all
like most when a new games comes out i love to try it had a few k spins on bengal tiger then i got 4 scatters only paid £1.50 tho8 i must have miss read screen went to look at game logs would not show reels. log a querry went back a few days later got 5 scatters paid £1.50 wtf is all that about then i seen why if they come with the lucky nudge it does not pay is this right
because does not say anything on pay screen about not paying ?? so am i right in asking for the £3.00 and £28.50 it under paid me

I'm confused though where you say you got 4 and 5 scatters from nudges, because the rules say only ONE scatter can nudge, and this ONLY happens when you only have 2 scatters showing (first sentence in the rules above) Therefore it should only be possible to get 4 or 5 scatters if they fell straight in, not by nudging.
So either you were mistaken, or the rules are wrong, or there's a glitch in the game!

If it is nudging in 1-3 when it already is 2 it still only pays for three. If they fall straight in as you said, then they pay for 3,4 or 5.
I understand it perfectly...I think. I never heard the word nudge before, but I suppose that is when you only can see a part of them up or down at first

But when reading the rules again I don't know if they ever pays for more than 3, but I suppose the paytable shows if they do

I don't think it's a bug, but I do think they should have written that third sentence more clearly.

"If more than one symbol is nudging it still only counts as three".

I have had it happened to me also, but since it only paid for three I didn't questioned it. I was happy to get the free spins at all I suppose.
So no, I don't think you should have been paid more, but that's just me.

I think they should definitely pay you - no question.

Don't know why the logs don't show each spin: I just checked mine, and you're right - I can't see them.
The casino should be able to get them though.

It is a robbing slot. I believe that it is not legal, in the UK sense, as the payouts would be illegal in Britain. I put £50 in and never got the three eyes and only minor payouts.

Sorry, but that comment makes no sense whatsoever!
Why do you think putting £50 in should guarantee that you get the free spins?
Many members here with testify that sometimes a slot can take many 100s, or even over a 1000 spins to hit the feature.
Other times they might hit 3 inside 20 spins.
That's what a random game does.

By your measure just about ALL UK fruit machines would be illegal - I have put £50+ into many and had no pay-out whatsoever more times that I care to remember

I'm sorry, but you really should educate yourself regarding slot machines if you're going to play them.

So, all MGS casinos should be refunding all players affected before the bug was fixed.

Let's see how many will do it proactively.

I think if there was a bug involved, regardless if you hit 4 - 5 scatters etc, all bets should be refunded.

So many people would have been spinning away (me included) trying a new game and not even taking notice.
