Unfair withdrawal restrictions getting the boot

You can sense casinos frantically trying to invent other ways in which to circumvent these rules as we speak :D

I hated having to log on and play out a couple of quid for threats of forfeiture, but a personal favourite of mine was the 'We'll just fine you per week/ month off your balance' :eek2:

Well done CMA. Should be the UKGC's doing but let's not split hairs :D

First of all im going to add im all for these changes. Just need to get rid of the pending now.

Now my biggest fear is Casino's starting to want tighter games from the software companies.

Saying good by to the norm of 95-96% and hello to 93-94% feels like its on its way with a few of the new games out already just below 95%
A Tit for Tat war is pending

I can see the spite and pettiness brewing with casinos already, they're not going to take this lying down.

Not sure if they'll press companies to make games with lower RTP as such, but for sure they'll just remove 'unprofitable' games, eg anything worth playing :eek2:

It'll simply get rid of the shitholecasinos from the UK market, as their philosophy is about maximising reversal revenues rather than responsible gambling or serving the player. Those sites are fine for small depositors unlikely to win more than a few K, but as I said before if they're going to jerk about their bigger winners then their slot stakes should be limited pro-rata. If they don't wanna pay the player, don't take the bet.

Agree with that. Added to that a few changing there PnG from the 96 to the 94 and i see VS now as a few games at 93 to 94% it seems a new trend could be happening

Does 32red still have a pending period?

And are they considered a uk casino

Yes. 32 Red's UK player base is quite large.

Their "marmite" pending period however has been there for as long as I can remember (excluding the old manual flushing option) and its quite probably a term from when they first started out.

Not a problem as I feel they will simply remove it with little impact on their business.
