Do the casino managers think, every player has lost his brain totally ? I can´t believe that some casinos are still ongoing to promote "free spins" for a deposit without reveal the worth of these ominous promotion
To all casino representants: When i use a promotion, i want to know under what conditions !!! I will never use a promotion with that undefined conditions that casinos like La vida/Red flush, All Slots and many others offer !
You hurt your own business with this crap !

Another thing Ive noticed with free spins, Not all lines are used. On a 25 line slot I played, only 5 lines were used.

Casinos are getting worse, FREE SPINS are not worth taking.

Not a problem, if you know the conditions. But declaring the customers as stupid morons who are not able to distinguish between good and bad promotions is a very bad behavior.

I totally agree 100%!

This type of thing is what P's me off more than anything else about casino promotions. :(
You might see a banner which says, for example "get 400% up to $1,000 FREE!"
But that is totally meaningless unless you know what the WR is, whether it's Cashable or Phantom, does it have any min or max withdrawals, which games are allowed, etc...!
With some casinos you need to go to their sites and dig down many pages deep and read masses of terms & conditions just to get to this very basic info... it drives me mad!

Happy new Year everyone!

Yep Paddy Power specifically invited me to download their casino as they said they had put free spins into it. They were worth 40 cents if I remember correctly. Not worth the time it took me to download the casino, and was actually a huge INSULT considering how much I've deposited there in the past. Every casino should clearly state the MONETARY VALUE of the free spins they are going to give you. 32Red does this and everyone else should follow their example.

Have a guess which kind of customers they prefer to have?

But i must confess that me myself got trapped by an ominous promotion:
All Slots promoted a "lottery" where prices from 50,- to 500,- for ca. 150 depositors from 29.12. - 1.1. were announced.
Since i was searching for a 100 % bonus, i give it a try, although i thought : "nice trick" Allslots ;)
And as exspected, my account was not a "winner" in this "lottery" - but not that bad because i´ts not clear in the TAC if thats bonus money or not (if the answer is "yes" than good look unknown "winner" with your 15000,- rollover ;)
As a consequence 32red, betway and gnuf will be the only mg-casinos i will deposit in the future.

Totally agree with the OP.

Nothing more irritating then receiving a promotional email saying I have "won" 50 free spins, reinstalling the casino and then finding out that it is for 5 lines at 0.01 coin value.

I know you shouldn't complain for what you get for free, but come on! As a result, offers like these get tossed into the the recycle bin - hellhole in a blink of an eye.
