Unable to send Private messages

I got a message that my Private Message folder is full and that I cannot send any more private messages until I remove some of the PMs. I did this but I still cannot send PMs. How to fix this?

It was the updated user level thingy. Solved now

The problem came back. I deleted most of my PMs but it didn't help.
