UKGC clamping down?

Don't know if it's been mentioned elsewhere but I thought it quite interesting.

The UKGC has fined BGO £300K for shady affiliate advertising, so whether right or wrong at least it shows they can act, not just impose 100 autospin limits on players.

I keep getting newsletters from them, probably due to my personal licence being up for renewal as it's been five years

I dont know about you guys but for me it feels quite good to witness a company that deals in kicking people in the nuts,, Having their nuts kicked for a change.
Unfortunately the 300.000 will take less than a day to claw back. They should have stuck some 0's on the end of that figure, Maybe then these companies would actualy feel like they are being punished, Slap wrist does not stop underhand tactics.

How many chances were BGO given to get their house in order? A lot more than a casino allows a player to make mistakes, say with inadvertently breaking a bonus term.
