UKASH withdrawal???

Hi everyone

Here is my situation. I deposited to an accredited casino with a ukash voucher in CAD funds. I have deposited with this method for at least a year now. I have done a few cashouts and have always been paid back to my skrill account. Then yesterday I decided to do a small cashout and I was paid out with a new ukash code for the cashout amount. Just trying to figure out what the heck I can do with this code? I can't withdraw it, basically all I can do is either spend it at an online retailer or redeposit it and go through the same problem if I want to cash out in the future.

Anyone else experience this?

im thinking you can use that at a paypoint to withdraw cash or that is how it works here in the uk . by taking it to a shop & they shall refund you it cash , although im not sure wether its the same in canda but i would be thinking along those lines , hope it helps a little )

Unfortunately those options are only available in the UK. Here in Canada it seems there are no ways to withdraw it.

Try contacting the rep for the casino here, you can find them under the I Gaming Reps tab above. They may not realize that things don't work the same for UKash in Canada as in the UK.

There are also sites where people buy and sell UKash vouchers, you'd take a bit of a loss there, but have money paid to paypal or such.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up depositing it at another casino. I checked with them beforehand to see if I could cashout to anything other then a ukash voucher if depositing that way.
They assured me they could. Of course I ended up losing it all

Just bummed out that I can't use Ukash at my favorite casino anymore (32red). Any other Canadians using ukash should check before deposting as well, since there is no way of cashing it in if they win.

Have you considered using a reloadable prepaid visa such as that available at Money Mart? Payments can be made back to the card (up to $5000 at a time, max balance 10K), fees are fairly low ($15/month unlimited transactions). You can either load it in person or as a bill payment from your banking, which can take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals can be made either at Money Mart, or for a small fee ($1) at an ATM.

Hi Jasmine,

I do have one of these cards and I like it alot, but for some reason my bank won't allow me to register it as a bill, therefore I can't do online payments.
I have to go in person each time to load it and because it is farther away and always lined up, it can be a hassle. The last 2 times I was there, I waited for at least half an hour or longer each time. I do love the fact that they will pay back to your card though! I may have to start using it more often. But as of now I can still use Ukash at 32red, they fixed everything for me. Thanks again for responding!
