ukash not in Canada anymore?

hey all,

did Ukash stop selling online vouchers to Canadians? I have not been able to buy vouchers for about 2 weeks. can some fellow Canadians chime in to let me know if you are still buying vouchers online or not able to. thx much.

Don't know about online, but I think all PetroCanada stations sell them.

Last time I checked you could visit UKash's website and locate a vendor near you.

I bought a $50 ukash as recently as 4 or 5 days ago from a Canadian Tire Gas + in Ontario.

I know some providers have removed the service from their machines, but this has to do with the type of machine and the provider associated to it.....not Ukash itelf. More about dollars and cents.

Even companies like Horseplayer Interactive allow for Ukash to be used, so I don't think it is going anywhere anytime soon.

I actually have an EcoPayz account. I can withdraw to it and then transfer it to my bank account. And there are a few casinos that will issue a UKash voucher for a withdrawal. I had it happen at BetAt (I think it was).

I got a prepaid visa from Money Mart - it costs like $20 and then it's $15/month - it's a bit of a pig on fees if you fund it online like I do because now they charge $1.50 per transaction to load it. But most casinos (with the exception of RTG) will pay back to it, and as soon as the money's on it, I can go to any ATM and have the cash in hand.

EcoPayz also now has a card so if you get paid there you can withdraw through ATMs also.
