UK woman arrested & charged for asking husband to tidy up

Valerie Sanders from Catterick was thrown into a cell, charged and sent for trial for asking her husband to tidy the house, she was charged with controlling behaviour which became an offence in 2015.

The case was eventually dropped before the trial began.

@dunover have you ever considered taking this type of action with your missus?

Pointless for me as I tend to do 75% of the housework anyway. It'd be me getting arrested for asking her to do a bit more.
