Old Havana I believe is Mainstreet Group who have been around for ages, used to be very good, I would hope to think the same remains.
As per the above two posts - these are two of the 5 new casinos mentioned in my Kasino News link in my signature.
Both are additions to existing operators:
MainStreet have been around for at least 10 years (were Accredited at one time).
The 21 Grand group have been around sine 2009 - the old owners pulled some "roguish" stunts, but they were bought out by new owners early in 2011. Since than I haven't heard anything bad about them.

Since Begado is one of the Affactives brands and in the same group as Win Palace it sounds strange that the CS never heard of it
I hope for your sake that it's just an upgrade or you will have learned your lesson in an expensive way. If they are gone you will never see your money.
Please read uo on which casinos that you really can trust before giving away any more money.

Hey guys. First post. Hate that it is a question like this but here goes.
I joined Begado and have played for a few weeks. I have not used ANY bonuses, and was lucky enough to win about 8K. I've filled out all of my documentation and cashed out my first 3K as per the cashier limits. I even received a confirmation that they were reviewing the cash out and they would be getting back once it was approved.
However, last night I went to log on and play on the rest of my winnings, and the software would not load. I tried chat, and got an automated message that they were doing upgrades. I tried to call the toll free number, but it wouldn't connect. I thought, well my software had a bug in it so I would redownload. I went to the website and downloaded the software and instead of Begado, it was Winpalace software. I tried to chat with the CSR, but she said she had never heard of Begado and that this was Winpalace. Sent an e-mail to support last night, and today no answer still.
Maybe I should just wait until "upgrades" are complete, but I have a gut feeling that Begado closed.
My question....if they did indeed close, are my winnings SOL?
I've researched here and think there is a chance that I am.
Any thoughts?
