You know better than anyone that its gambling and your not going to win all the time. Im not sure what you say it "feels" it has affected your game. I see your saying your losing more and yes indeed with the speed increasing significantly you are going to lose a lot quicker. I did think this thread you started was necessary, but then it turned into a bitch session about losing. I do understand that you gamble everyday and every once in a while i see the thread about losing. Your going to lose a lot more than you win especially when gambling everyday. I actually would think you would be lucky to win 4 or 5 times in the course of 30 days if you are gambling all 30 days. I have always liked you and i really do feel bad every time i see you start the complaining about losing. I always think to myself that i wish you would take a break to regroup and clear your mind. You should know that the casino doesnt stay in business by giving money away. Online is no different than a brick and mortar casino. I hear people at the casino complaining exactly the same way. They dont think they win their card is in. They dont win at certain times of day and so on. These same people gamble on slots multiple times a week, and i say the same thing to them, "do you really think your going to win all the time"?

Again great thread but now completely off topic and i have now added to that by writing this, but i did want to respond to you.

BMW.....I like you too but as I said...it "felt" like the game was different since the speed had changed. Again, it may be due to it going so quickly...who knows? I am a person that just talks about whatever is on my mind...that is my way of thinking. I don't overthink what I am going to say or not say...it just comes out the way it is. Now, in my opinion, I believe I have that right as a forum user as long as I am respectable to others and to this site. If I veer from that I would expect a moderator to give me the "smack down"...lol...other than that...I may be talking about the speed of the game...or the horrible every day rain we are having....or the 21 cats that I have rescued. I am not a black and white type of person...I like a few colors thrown in and of course, if anyone doesn't want to read what I write or it "troubles" them...then by all means don't read it. You have yourself a great night BMW =)

Exactly how I am Butterfly, to the tee. This board is fairly slow so even more so to me any conversation around here is good .. Wasn't intending to ruin a thread by "going off topic , just was enjoying our chat.

Exactly...and to keep ON TOPIC....lol...I received a $20 chip from the today from my bad play last night....the reels are still spinning super fast on my Ancient Gods game....but what was funny I was getting some decent lines and free spins....of course it didn't last long because it was a small amount...however that was ok. Needless to say.....within 5 seconds I put in $100 thinking this game is doing good....free spins...retriggers...line hits....so it is ready to finally hit!!! W.R.O.N.G.......the money went in...the spins were super fast....one bonus...paid zilch...no line hits...no retriggers...straight down....NADA all within 7 minutes....it was gone. It is so amazing or should I say typical that my "luck" can change within 5 seconds....another wasted deposit at Brango....and to stay on topic...spins still the same...faster than flash =( I am about to say forget them period.

Can you post a video of the reel spins? Either use your phone or bandicam or something... would be good to see the speed you are referring too

I understand that most of you say that the new games are affected, may I ask for any specific game any of you experienced the speed issue?
Also if you can indicate which casino client was used (mobile / instant play / download).

I'll appreciate if any of you experienced this problem in any of our brands to send me PM with the details so I can run some game session audit.
Unless you played the games quite a lot and are familiar with them, then you might not know what we are talking about.

It seems to effect all the latest series of slots from about the last 18-24 months - the controls on them all look like this (from I Zombie):

RTGspeeds.jpg

As you can see, there are only 2 speed settings now, where there used to be 3.
3 was equivalent to the old "Turbo Play" where all reels stopped simultaneously - now speed 2 is very close to that, but there are a few microseconds between each reel stopping. 1 used to be slow spinning "normal play", and 2 was fast, but not as fast as 1 is now!

You don't need to run any "game session audits" - RTG HAVE changed these games - there is no question about it.

Unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of the old 3 speed settings.
But just found a video of how the slots used to play - see next post!
I always play on a Windows 10 laptop, using the downloaded client.

YES! I found an example! :D

This first one is from January 14th - pretty sure it was on "speed 1" - though that is not actually shown in my clip... (so it COULD have been old speed 2)

However, this second recording from TODAY clearly shows how fast the game is now on "speed 1", and the "nearly turbo" speed 2...
There's barely any difference between them now :(

A little off-topic: Swedish new law made it the opposite of this. Since 1st of January, there has to be 3 seconds between every spin. All providers have removed fast-spin & hitting the button mid-spin, except for Play'n Go. But even if you turn on fast spin and hit the spin button again, it just makes the play button grayed out for 3 seconds which defeats its purpose anyway. It's especially bad when you're playing races on Rizk/Casumo and start a little late, it's impossible to catch up.

Kasinoking....thank you so very much for posting that....you want to see one faster? Try Ancient Gods...the speed with the "sound factor" is like being slapped up side the head every time you get one of the scatters....the first night I played it on speed 1 (after the change)...which was the beginning of this post.... I was a nervous wreck. Tonight I thought I would try it again....put in $80 (lowering each deposit as I do) and I mean less than 5 minutes it was gone...no bonuses...no line hits...just dead spins.

I know Mikey has said that the speed has no affect on the play and that may be true...but if so then something has been done because I have literally had nothing since the speed change....worse play ever...just so different. Now I am sure there will be some that will tell me it is my "luck" and that it has no affect...and I don't care what anyone says...the game just feels and acts different than it did. I play it and one more game every time I play so I know how it has been and how it is now. I hate that too because Brango was beginning to be one of my favorite places. =(

And one more thing...why doesn't the software company do something about this? This has gone on since February 5th (I have the first email I sent to the pitboss at Brango when their reps tried to tell me it was more or less in my head or my system). Looks like the software company would do something after almost 3 weeks.

Thanks for the videos,... I have to say that's mighty fast for a standard spin in the second video.

If they have taken a decision to make that the default then in my personal opinion, that's way to fast for standard players.

Which jurisdiction are we talking about? Quite a few have regulated how long a spin must take etc (usually 3 seconds but can vary)

I find it entirely incompetent how this issue has not been fixed. Mikey from Casino Extreme was looking into this on Feb 7, and did reply last week that it was still being looked into. Karolina with Casino Max got involved end of last week and she sent a message earlier that they were looking into. Now of course these are just operators that have to go to RTG to get it looked into.

Is it safe to assume that RTG is blowing off the operators? Is RTG looking for a quick increase in revenue (no pun intended)? Maybe RTG really thinks we are truly suckers.

If you haven't seen the speed on these new games, well its absolutely ridiculous, and its even more disheartening that the operators haven't been able to do anything about it for 20 days. I have no clue who would actually play those new games at the current spee

Hi BMW (my friend)....you are absolutely correct here. I know I get aggravated and sidetracked over winning/losing sometimes and occasionally put on my pink foil hat, however the speed situation was the main reason for this thread and yet nothing has been done. Honestly, when I first approached the reps about it, it was just looked upon like I was dumb as a rock..lol..however I know otherwise. In their defense I do believe that the general rep population doesn't have a clue to the backend of the business, which I understand....so after me going on night after night about it with them I was asked to email the pitboss about my concern. Of course I did this on the date I stated in earlier messages here and there has only been one other correspondence regarding this situation from Mikey and it has been quite some time ago. He told me, as he said here that they thought it was just isolated to me, however after getting other complaints they knew it was something that needed to be directed to the software company. In the last email I received from Mikey, he stated that the software company had yet to get back with them.

Now, with this all reinterated once again, I am questioning the reasoning for the software company doing this to begin with, and wondering why they are not addressing the problem. I know both you and Mikey stated that the speed of the game has nothing to do with the play however BMW I can tell you, the play is really different now. The line hits, the bonuses, the bonus retriggers, the bonus plays have changed. Now if this is simply bad sessions/luck on my part I must say that it has gone on since the games started with the high speeds. I have also spoken with two other players that play the newer games as I do, and one of them plays as I do, daily and he said the same thing to me that I am saying here, before I had the chance to tell him what I thought. The first thing he said after us talking about the speed was the way the game played differently.....so, evidently he is experiencing the same bad run I am or there is something valid to what I am saying. After all, I would think the software company would have the means to change the way a game plays...is this not correct?

Either way, I have played many times at Brango, playing the same 2 games to see if there are any difference and there are none....they are still doing the same...fast and bad. Now what I am doing is lessening my deposits more and more and less frequently until this matter is addressed/resolved. If the software company is ignoring this in hopes that it goes away, then to me that is very disconcerting. I hope that we will hear something soon.

I'm disheartened as I found out my rtp since I joined extreme is like 88%...just kills my drive to even play at both extreme and brango in general.

Any idea what your rtp has been butterfly?

Savatage...I don't know, I guess I could ask. I know at Extreme it would be lower than yours...that is for sure. Thousands in and one cash out for about $700. Now at Brango I did have some good play at the beginning...it was only after the fast spins started that my play became horrific. I went back tonight, like an idiot and put in $90 and I'm telling you...I should have counted the spins to see how many I actually got...it was horrible...never got above my initial deposit...games were spinning so fast it was like it was gone in about 7 minutes. I had 2 bonuses...one paid less than $7 and one less than $13 and this was on a $2 bet. I don't give one flip what anyone says....they can say I have a foil hat on...I really don't care....I am not a fool and I know for a fact these games ...the way they are playing now are totally different than when I started playing them in September. I even went so far to ask (a rep) if they were regulated/audited and evidently he didn't have a clue what I was talking about because he said "excuse me". I thought....say no more.

Guys... just stop playing RTG games. Protest with your wallet.

For U.S. players, there aren't exactly many other options. Rival? I like some of their games, but they've had some problems as well. And not too many good casinos to choose from.

Betsoft? Again, some of the games are okay, but they had that huge weird jackpot thing where they weren't actually dropping - can we trust the integrity of their games after that? I play them sometimes anyway, but it's not ideal.

Add RTG to the above, and those are pretty much the main choices available.

There are a few other smaller options available. There's slotland and winaday which have good support in my experience, but personally I've found their games tend to feel really low variance and tough to get ahead of for the most part - feature triggers are infrequent. I'm pretty sure many (all?) of their games also follow some sort of scratchcard model rather than individually random reels, giving lots of near misses for top 5 of a kind but you will never, ever actually hit it (even in games that aren't linked to the big jackpot).

3dice is another casino with a unique feel to it, if you don't mind the community aspect, though most of the time the promotions or deposit bonuses are a bit lacking in my opinion. There are a few "wgs technology" casinos (lincoln, intertops classic), but most of the games are pretty dated and simple and I have no idea whether or not they have reasonable RTP's.

So pretty much, RTG is one of if not THE biggest option for U.S. players. And you have to wonder if something so obvious as this slips under the radar, is it also possible that things that errors or bugs that could negatively affect gameplay could slip under the radar as well? So US players are kind of stuck without many good solutions.

I've cut down my play a ton over the past few months, but especially at RTG casinos, since they lack transparency on RTP's and my rates of winning have been terribly low, like <5% of winning deposits. But since there aren't many other options, cutting down on RTG casinos basically means I'm not playing that much at all, probably playing only about 20% as often as last year. Well, maybe that's not the worst thing I suppose.

Hi All,

I have an information that RTG is going to adjust the speed on the slot games so there is no issue with spins which are too 'quick'. I cannot confirm when this change will take place but I'm in contact with them in regards to this matter.

When I'll have any updates I'll keep you posted.

Once again I do appreciate your feedback and comments.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

And to note, as rough as rtg can be I've actually had good sessions... Ive won a jackpot, hit for close to 7k and in totality won a nice bit of cash..

3dice I haven't had one session that even went past 2 or 300 bucks, just awful and it is sad to say because their reps are really nice but that site would motivate me to stop playing slots they're so tight.. I mean it seems from the win record the same people win, heroics and some other woman... And my guess they just have endless cash to pump into them which they have no choice but to eventually hit.. But for a player like me I've not had one nice session there

So yea I mean rtg is about all we have, it sucks when it sucks but it definitely can be good.

It's definitely possible I've just had a bad run of luck, but that's what I don't like about slots that don't have transparency and provide players with RTP information - you can't easily tell the difference between a bad run of luck vs games that don't give you a chance without that info.

RTG does have some games that can spit out some big wins, though I've pretty much never been fortunate enough to see them myself (aside from a couple huge random jackpot wins, much of which was lost before completing wagering.) My 2018 total looked like, 2 wins from slots themselves, 2 wins from random jackpots, 2 small wins from free chips. Out of about 100 deposits. So when the slots themselves only provide you with 2 wins out of 100, it's tough not to feel like depositing more is just burning money.

But as I said above, I may just be very unlucky, who knows.

I noticed this with Casinomax initially and even went to their customer support and they tried to claim I was not correct so I sent over video. SILENCE on it for months no response. You can honestly tell when a casino slot is going faster than usual.
