Tropica does it again

Once again Tropica & Dieter have gone above and beyond to provided great CS. I am traveling for work and don't have my bank info to enter into the withdraw fields. I could wait till the weekend but then it takes longer to get the funds. so I PM'd Dieter last night to see if he could process it to my usual bank.

It's done. Really helpful Guy, excellent serve and no run around. A lot of place would have told me that there is nothing they can do and I would have to wait until i get home to do it.

I deposited with them last year and they were top notch! It was a shame to see the BBF messed up. I would have no problem seeing them re-enter the BBF again now. Think they do deserve a second chance for sure. And Dieter when I dealt with him was really responsive and fast at replying and sorting any issues.
