being a u.s. player I am down to playing mg casinos for the most part. most of them i have played lacked alot. but i must say trident has been by far the best mg i have played. odds seem so much better than the rest that i have tried. i give them a "two thumbs up" but....why does it take so long to get my winnings back to me?

Trident have a great rep, but the odds will be identical to all the other MG's. How long does it take to get your winnings back and by what method out of interest?

it has been taking about 6 to 7 days to show back up in my neteller account.
you mentioned odds at all mg casinos are the same. however i can tell a big difference in bonus round winnings at trident vs other mg casinos i have played. do the casinos have no control over payout %?

That doesn't sound right - unless it's your first withdrawal and they are waiting on ID? They have a 24hr reverse (and will flush maunually) which makes them next-day or 48hr payers generally depending on where you live. Even allowing for a weekend, thats still a 4 day maximum. Strange.

The payouts on MG are fixed in the software "installation" and the casinos have no control over it, the RNG, or the pay tables which are the same at each MG casino. At least, thats the "verbal" word from various trusted authorities, but MG have never to my knowledge confirmed or denied this in writing. But I've been told this on three seperate occasions and all by people who would know. If there were obvious differences, they would also show in the

Simmo,

Sorry to ask a stupid question... but what exactly does this mean??

Simmo: "The payouts on MG are fixed in the software "installation" and the casinos have no control over it,"

If I understand it correctly, it means that the casino software provided to the casinos is a package which cannot be altered. Effectively "pre-compiled".

i dont think trident asked me for id with my first withdrawl.maybe the hold up lies with neteller. i have noticed several posts concerning their tardiness.

the problem with slow payment must be trident and not neteller. last night signed up with iNetbet casino for the first time. cashed out at around midnight and money was back in neteller early this afternoon. talk about quick turnaround!!

If you want me to look into the Trident payment issue, PM me with details (account number and amount of cashout) and I'll have a word  It strikes me as odd it would take so long.

I don't wish to set a fox amoung the chickens, but, MG operators can set their payouts to the following return percentage scales:

From my understanding it's only applicable to slots.

93%

95%

97%

After months of losses at Trident casinos I uninstalled them all a few weeks ago.Never made enough to cashout (at least double my deposit is the avergage I go for)and never hit a decent bonus round.

They seemed very stingy and I did give them a very long time and many chances to keep me interested but they failed miserably. Enough donations I said...and now they are gone.Hope others are having better luck.

im finding trident lounge very slow at pay out, requested on xmas day, today 29th still showing as work in progress.other casinos seem much quicker.

Too much Xmas cheer maybe :D If it was your first ever withdrawal there (or over a "trigger" amount), it probably has to go through accounts and fraud checks which may be a department on skeleton crew. A guess...but possible.

It looks like, that new MG Casinos doesn't like me, because yesterday it was "dash" on which i didn't get any bonus round, after 250 spins and today i tried "trident lounge" with € 100.-, but after 200 spins on "Loaded", without (certainly!) any free spins, i'd lost all the money!

But i didn't wait some months, to deinstall it, because i'm not the enemy of my own money *lol*

I deinstalled it certainly directly after this loseful play!

I played at vegasUSA.com, a member of trident

made a deposit of 50, received 60 bonus...lost everyting while playing mutli-hand blackjack after having wagered no more then $820 with small bets no larger then 4 a hand. Could be just a case of bad luck....but still don't like it and not willing to try again. Besides that, they use old MG software, really poor layout
