Treasure Ireland - HELP!!

Heh hee... There'll be no forcing round these parts! I may venture a cheeky few credits on the off chance, but I'm far too busy trying to get that "Break Da Bank" hussy to put out.

I remembered another fundamental problem too... I don't know which casino I played at :o

Now of course the chances are it was more than likely 32RED, but possibly not. You reckon they'd oblige if I emailed support and asked them where I was up to? :D

Just ask the Pirate;)

This 'slot' is the worst heap of fricking crap I've ever seen in my life!!!!

I beg you people - PLEASE do not play it!
It WILL steal from you.

Seriously.

Well, what did Zoozie tell you all two weeks ago... :p

In average all slots 'steal' your money though.

But for AWT's it is guaranteed!

The call it AWT for a reason. Let VM learn it the hard way and have him report his final result after the impressive extensive testing he has gone through.

I see what you mean now Zoozie :)

I have tested this machine in 6 different casinos (in fun mode)

It seems to be the same routine at every casino. The first 4 or 5 times hitting the feature will result in spinnning a 6 or a 12 to land on "?" which will then kick you from the feature.

It does this to build up a small pot that it can later start offering you back. It seems that it is mathematically impossible to ever get ahead on this machine so there is no reason to ever play it so DON'T EVER START PLAYING IT!

So it's really not that different than rigged offline fruit machines?
Yes & no.
With normal fruities in the arcade or pub other people are playing it, and filling it up.
If you hit it at the right time you can force the jackpot & make a killing.
(I know - I've done it several times).

But the problem with these online AWP's is (as we have found out the expensive way), they are player specific. Once you start playing one, you are the only person playing it, hence you will NEVER win back more than you put in.

Right now TI owes me a LUDICROUS amount, which I'm too ashamed to even post right now. I know it will eventually give me the top feature if I have the balls to keep pumping it, but it really makes me sick to my stomach to have to keep on pouring more & more into the bastard.

Sorry to bump , but just a question on strategy :

Let's say that you're playing on Treasure Ireland , you see that on your first board it gives you nice things like 30 spins/100x . What's the best thing to do , if having Big/small bankroll according to your actual bet and having or not a WR to achieve ?

In my case , wasn't playing on a bonus and had only nearly 100 times my bet - so took the 30 spins on second board - it gave me nearly 200x ; but just wanted to know what you would have done there.

I tend to vary it. 200x off 30 spins is pretty good. Sometimes it can stick at offering 30 spins and 100x cash while you pump loads more into it, but other times it will quickly advance to 50 spins, 250x, and maybe even TI.

Usually, it takes in more than it gives out, but sometimes the opposite, and even a rarity, such as under 500 in and over 2000 out on 1 bets.

Like a fruity, do not always use the same strategy each time on the same machine, they learn;) (Same machine in this case is same casino lobby). Vary it, take spins one time, go all out for TI another.

If you are running out of money, it may be better to take what's on offer, rather than commit to the chase for better. I have even done well after reluctantly accepting 20 spins.

UNLIKE the normal games, this machine (and the others of this kind) have an internal pot, or memory, of what goes in against what goes out. Recently, MGS seem to have changed the workings of this to make it much less predictable, whereas before you could pretty much tell what it would be offering for the net amount lost into it. They may have introduced some pot sharing, which in real life would be someone else playing the machine for a while, and either winning or losing overall.

30 spins may pay 200x on one occasion, but a mere 100x on another - I have had both. I have also had it stick at 30 spins, and even after feeding it another 200x+ STILL only offer 30 spins and 100x max.

IF it is offering 250x cash, dropping down one stake level should result in a swift TI - worth considering as 50 spins rarely reaches 250x, and there is a chance of more with the feature repeats.

I will be looking at the new one on offer this month. I tend to avoid flash versions, since I normally play on the Viper download. Maybe I am missing some good AWP class slots, and perhaps I should try a few in flash.

Thanks for the advice :)

In flash casino, there's different kind of machines ...

Win-Spinner like (fruit combinaisons give you autowin spins on a featureboard - according to what i posted in another thread , it's a machine of this family coming up next month "Track and Fieldmouse". )

Dubya Money-like (easy to get feature ... but will usually pay very little unless getting top feature + possibility to get a repeater on natural wins. And the George W. Bush caricature theme is quite fun ! So basically fun to play...but not sure about winning big there. )

There's also one based just on Hi-lo during feature (don't remember name) , and a very "cool, dude" to play "Bill and Ted's excellent adventure" (but very "you're gonna lose biiig money, dude" - so i play only to it on fun mode.)

I remember also some time ago playing TI , first spin > feature > straight Treasure Island for a little more than 500x. Was quite surprised how fast it came :D
