Transparency please casinos

There are some casinos that will show you exactly how much more you need to wager to meet your WR. Also, it is nice to have a summary of where I won and lost the night before (after a glasses of wine I don't always remember). I do not want to go to the chat line every time to ask how much is left of the WR. I thought I had met one just today and found out I still had $400+ to go.

Sorry, but I am putting my money down on casinos that show you exactly where you stand. It should be completely transparent so that I can keep track of it. There are a couple of casinos that do this and they do it grand -- you know who you are. Just my opinion.

Are you talking about MGS casinos not offering a running total of wagering completed? If so, this is horrible practice. As long as they've been around, you would think they'd have this implemented by now. That is, if they really wanted to in the first place.

What I do, for casinos that don't keep a running wager tally, is to spin in blocks of 100. Simply keep track of the slot played, and just multiply the bet size * 100 for each block. Sure it's extra work, but it's easier/faster than jumping in live chat every time you want to check your status. Also, you'll have detailed records of your wagering, just in case there's any discrepancy.

I agree, MGS casinos are still trailing way behind in regards to this. Wagering requirements should be transparent and constantly in view or easily accessible. Many of the top casinos do adhere to this wheras download casinos are still a bit lacking in the user interface department.

MG downloads are fast being left behind in the industry and will become a distant memory at this rate. Coupled with their 'Internet Explorer' chat sessions that take forever to connect, who the hell wants to keep going through that?

I agree in regards to keeping track yourself via autospin, although I'd hazard a guess that's not something a new player would likely do. I recall doing marathon session using manual spins, my right index finger looks like it lost in a fight with a hammer.

I also remember hounding live chat what must have been at ten minute intervals to ask the exact wagering amounts I had left. This was in the days of doing 20p spins and having to clear about £1500 or whatever it was. I actually did it this way too on a couple of occasions, imagine the dedication lol

This is bad practice fully agree and especially today there is NO reason at all why clear up to the minute details of wagering requirements should be available at ALL TIMES. Have not played on download client in quite a few years but remember many of the MG casinos it was a really pita to work out your wagering left. Shocking to think some still have not moved with the times!!

I agree, easy to find WR progress is one of the essential things Casinos should get right, I'd include it in my list of 10 essential things a Casino should do:

(in no specific order)
1. Certainty of getting paid like 32red.
2. Near instant payout approval like Betat.
3. Traffic light style kyc status like Videoslots.
4. Responsive and helpful CS like Guts.
5. Easy to see WR progress like Betat.
6. In depth RTP info like Videoslots.
7. T&Cs written in a way they can be read and understood in less than five minutes like MrGreen.
8. Allow forfeiting bonus if bonus funds are not used like Betat
9. No bonus is added without you specifically agreeing to it / claiming it like Betat.
10. Fix the "game not currently available error" on netent and "reopen game from lobby error" on microgaming like no casino in existence has managed to yet.

Horrible when canot see where your at, Of course you can ask help, (if they are about) but remember the thread the other day when some got there money took of them As they kept nagging CS, Not only that but he had to many bonus, Just if they chilled out abit,

But you do not want to keep doing that, Also @bigwin yes you can count in blocks but like barbara12 said after you have a tipple you do not want to be doing this and just want to relax,

MG casino's are way behind, You would of thought by now they would of sorted something, Best way to figure out with them is by the 10% increments
