I know most of us UK folk are annoyed at the constant "reminders" every 60 minutes of how much we have won or lost when playing slots and the limit to 100 spins which was all thanks to the Gambling Commission's first round of 'Responsible Gambling' initiatives.

The second round is on the way very soon and I'm sure we're all agreed that the implementation of GAMSTOP will help those who find online gambling a struggle. Every casino (and potentially every affiliate) must link to 'The National Online Self Exclusion Scheme' shortly.

One of the upcoming additions which I find very interesting is 'Player Profile Information'. Licenced operators will have to display the following in real-time:

+ Detailed Deposit / Withdrawal Information (most if not all already do this)
+ Lifetime RTP for the player's account
+ Individual RTP on a per game basis
+ Figures showing total PROFIT or LOSS on the players account since opening

Some casinos have already started sharing this information and can only see this as a postive for the player :)

I agree Nicola, those information very useful and as reminder tools to self control (responsible gambling).

No doubt casinos already had this information whilst the players didn't. It will allow more transparency at least, assuming it's the players that decide to use this tool and not enforced by the casino.

What's to stop a casino labelling someone a problem gambler if they win too much?

Fits into this black and white narrative a little too much, although once Self Exclusion is in place I'd imagine it will clear up a lot of confusion and future complications....

.....or a problem gambler if you lose and post about it ;):D

rtp isn't all that . i've been checking mine , although at one casino i'm at 94.1% im still losing 12k the vast amounts of slots have been around 76%rtp , just a few over 1000% rtp , but these games are at low stakes , again book of the dead which has had around 5k of this balance is still playing poorly still spiking at just over 70%rtp , i can understand to why people just give up playing altogether. when you see consistent results on certain slots without any kind of balance you can appreciate those moaning )
