I made a deposit at Tonybet to play there sign up.

The spins were taking roughly 18 seconds to play out.

Now I get an error message when I click spin.

"Your request could not be processed because we did not get a response from the Account Management System. Please try again or contact the help desk quoting error code 211."

I chromed the error message and there are 2 links related to this error.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
.

The first two links from the above address one is for Ask Gamblers and the other is "Betat down" here at Casino Meister when they had an DOS attack.

I sent a message to support.

This is part off there reply regarding my error issues.

"Have you tried clearing your internet history, cache and cookies? Or possibly using a different internet browser? We recommend using Google Chrome with the site."

I now have done that and the error is still persisting.

The Betat thread is 20 pages long and I will have to look threw when I get more time.

I have had Windows 10 forced on me and this could be the problem.

Anyone else experience this error or remember the Betat error?

I used to get exactly the same thing at a few casinos.

At that time I was told Netent games were down other times it was Microgaming down.

Most of of the time it's not our computer or browser.

I always thought it was Casino error, went back to it later and it was fine.

Who knows but it's rather annoying at times. :)

I had the laggy spins 4 days ago and came back a couple days later still the same then I got the error message, left it couple days same problem.

Looks like the Casino will have to do some maintenance on their games, there is no way it would be from your end.

I hope it's fixed for you soon as it would be frustrating not being able to play the games you want. :(

Those errors are my daily frustration. Got so used to it happening multiple times in each session at any casino that i start missing them if on a rare occasion i go for some time without

Here's the explanation:

- every casino/platform operator is running its operation from multiple servers, so called server farms. And they are completely independent from the game servers.
- your fault is happening the moment you press SPIN and the casino server is checking your balance to make sure you have enough to place your bet. Only then it sends the bet request to the game server
- hence, why it is happening with MG and Netent alike.

--> not much you or CS can do. These are technical issues which both game/platform providers and casino operators are either not capable or not willing to get sorted
--> try a deep cookie clean using CCleaner (usually helps in my case)

- The fault i get quite often too is "Game is unavailable, please try later"
- This is happening after the casino has checked your balance and has sent the bet request to the game server. The error is then either when the bet request is sent or when the casino is supposed to receive the bet result.

Again not much one can do, and the usual cookie munching and cache wiping isn't of much use. Anything you get from CS is fishing in the dark, they don't know more than you and me but at least they give you the impression that something can be done, which is clearly not true.

Just the other week i had this problem at VS:

- played one session, made a withdrawal and left some in my balance
- fancying a Starbucks i logged out, left the laptop running though and went to get my coffee latte
- 30 minutes later i'm back, as i try to login an error message: "Your account has been locked because you are trying to login from a prohibited country. Please contact CS"
- WTH..me thinking, nothing has changed, my IP address has been the same for donkeys, i am not using VPN, i did not even switch off my laptop.
- support looks at it and one of their server handling the customer data thinks i am sitting suddenly in the US, of all places!!! OMG I just got beamed to the Great Free Land
- i take a screenshot of my IP, send it in and they re-open the account
- trying to log-in again, same thing (while i am still in the chat)
- then the usual routine starts - munch cookies, change browser, restart laptop, reset router ....blah blah blah - of course nothing helped.
- for more than 1 day this was just not going anywhere.
- on the second day finally they admitted that the tech team had discovered a problem with that said server and more people are affected but they will fix it within the next few hours.
- late into the second day i received an email that i can log in again.

Conclusion: The operating of a casino is a very complex network of servers/providers/operators and it is just not perfect, never will!!!

Got a message back from Tony Bet asking for a print screen even thou I have giving them the exact error message.

Getting search assist bug now and can't change my modem password and changing DNS to google setting dont work.

Also have two copies it looks like off my operating system on a small SSD.

I'm going to try and format the drive and then upload operating system and change DNS without having my modem on.

Hope my modem will work otherwise I will have a rather crappy time to I can get a new one.

Any suggestions welcome.

Mainly on will my modem work?

I received reply from support about a day later stating this:

I tried the casino and I was able to navigate the casino much quicker and I tried Girls With Guns and the spin time was back to it's normal self.

However after 152 spins I was kicked out again with code 212.

This is the first emailed reply they sent to me:

"Hello Timothy,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Have you tried clearing your internet history, cache and cookies? Or possibly using a different internet browser? We recommend using Google Chrome with the site.

We can see on your account that you have received the CASINO100UK bonus. With an casino bonus active on your account you may only place 10% or lower than the bonus amount you originally received per spin. As you received £20 bonus funds you will only be able to place spins for £2 or under.

We hope this information helps you. If you find you are still having issues playing the casino slot games or if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us..

Notice that they bring up max bet being £2.

This is the last email they sent to me:

"Hello Timothy,

We would like to inform you that some adjustments have been made on casino side. No error messages should appear from now on if you will not place a bet higher than £2. In case you still have any issues, please contact us repeatedly.
Good luck with your bets!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards,"

I received this second all sorted email in just 10 hours.

I have not had the time so far to test the casino again so fingers crossed.

I have just sent them this email that your about to read regarding what the problem might have been as they did not tell me.

I am now waiting for a reply.

"I haven't tried the casino since receiving this emailed reply.

I haven't made a wager higher than £2, my highest wager has been £1.20 on Alien Robots.

Is this the problem then? Some computer program that doesn't allow players to bet more than they are supposed to has gone haywire and slows the casino and slots down and stops the slot from being able to spin?"
