Looking for those who have experience in using any of the following deposit methods, which as far as I can tell are all under the same umbrella company but have different names:

www.Togglecard.com
www.Wire2Card.com
www.De-Card.com

I have a balance on my account (which is with De-Card, though with the exception of the name all three are exactly the same, same website, same Terms of Service, same everything.)

I am looking to get the balance on my account refunded.

There is no telephone number for CS, just an email form, which I have filled out. A few times, actually.

Can anyone on the forum offer any guidance?

Thank you.

Why not just go to the ATM and withdraw? I think it might just cost $1.00 or better yet go to your bank and make a deposit to your account!

There is no ATM card. Believe me, I would if I could. There's just a virtual card that has this balance of several hundred dollars on it, and no way for me to retrieve it, and no customer service. It's a head scratcher.

If anyone plays at a Casino where Wire2Card/De-Card is accepted...

If anyone on here plays at any casino that accepts Wire2Card or De-Card for deposits, maybe we could work something, PM me if so. I have a $770 balance on my Wire2Card/De-Card account that I am (seemingly, as far as I can thusfar tell) unable to have refunded. I would be amenable to selling it for less than what its worth if there is someone who would be able to deposit and play with the funds.

I am giving up gambling so I am unable to deposit and play on it.

I know Slots Oasis and Cherry Red accept it, I assume Rushmore does as well.

I'm not certain if because the Wire2Card/De-Card account is in my name if that affects the ability for someone else to use it to deposit. These are all things to be looked into.

I'm just trying to figure out a way for me to recoup all or most of the money, and I'm hitting a bit of a brick wall trying to figure it out. PM me for more details if interested.

Thanks.

I have used the De-Card at Slots Oasis in the past and it works wonderful and immediate! $25 min dep , no charges, only set back is no loading if you win.

alicequeen,

If I understand your problem, you loaded X amount of dollars on the de-card (or whichever one you used), decided you didn't want to play online anymore and now can't get the money out. Is this right?

Do you have a Quicktender account? If so then why don't you deposit all of it in a casino - one of the ones you mentioned, play a while and then have it withdrawn and paid out to you. That looks to me like it will be the only way for you to get your money out of de-card.

If this is not the problem, then just ignore my post. :D

Ohhhh I get it. Im sorry. That is a problem, You cant get a refund or change your mind. QT prolly isnt a merchant plus decard is only $25 min while QT is $50 min plus charges

I think Annie is right. The only thing you can do is play at one of three casinos that take this dep method, DONT take any bonuses and request a withdrawl after you do some spins. If anything, maybe you ll win, you got nothing to lose because you cant get it back anyway
