This is not a flame of any kind nor it is a complaint(yet at least) im having problems with a well known european casino ive been a member for a year and a half and just finished last week a self exclusion from 6 months, to celebrate my end of self exclusion i deposited 24euro and took 100% did wr quite easily ive raised it to 3400 and went full retard to try a BIG win and that got me to 1000 and naturally i wd because it was good enough, i tried a big one couldnt do it 1000 is great for me, now to the mbnet part, mbnet is a service that creates virtual credit/debit cards based on ur real cards its available from sibs and lots of pt people use not only for gambling but for online purchases in genereal, this service exists so that no one I MEAN no one can see ur real cc information be it numbers ccv etc, i deposited with another 2 casinos before this one im going to say their names 32 red and jackpotcity for 2 years and whenever i win i allways got paid really quickly 2 3 days in both of them back to the virtual card(yes i use those cards to wd u can only deposit once with them but u can wd as many times as u want after being verified by the casino ofc) i used in all of them, but not this time, i proved the cards created are mine as i have the screens that say card number***** paid ******* 24.60 at 12:07 day x, but thats not good enough for them its reaching the point where ill have to send my private bank statement in order to see if that will get me anywhere(altough i dont think anyone has the right to see ur bank statement its not like im asking for a freaking loan...), needless to say im getting a little frustrated by this as it as passed almost a week and now it seems i wont get my money before the next one(hoppefully) im just warning portuguese players not to deposit with this method, yes it is very easy to deposit and wd but if the casino wants to delay u for any reason they will, im sorry for the long text but its just a warning for people that use this kind of service whether it exists or not in other countries. ps sorry for my english also, a bit rusty.

I think when providing your banking statement, it should be acceptable to white out everything but the bank letterhead, your name and address, and the relevant transaction.

I'd use some paper and scotch tape and photograph it rather than photo-edit. Just leave the relevant purchase of the virtual card showing.

i print screened it as i dont receive letters from the bank (letters=comissions), thats not the point for me jasmine, i have no problem in showing it even without editing it, the problem is that they are asking for this, even after all the details ive given them, a bank statement is something personal and the fact they are asking for it makes me not want to play there anymore.
