So merrily playing along at Video Slots for the big free spins weekend; just one weird thing

The new (new to me at least ) game provide rRaw; with some cool slots

Anyone else unable to play the free spins they win ? I have place a call with support but condsiding how many thousands of free spins you would think when I mention it to support all would be having an issue

The spins i had on wheel of rock (from friday night) and the chaos game from yesterday , mostly worked fine - there were a few instances where i opened a reward and it didnt come up with anything, and i had to reload the game once or twice, but otherwise they worked fine for me.
