hmmmm...am i just in the dark as of late, or can anyone still get offshore bank accounts without anyone poking their nose around? lol i know it sounds old school, but i thought is was normal to have one and can transfer money(s) in and out as you wish. i always thought that these banks just called it "offshore investing", sure you pay taxes but at least it is an accepted route for international money(s) into and out of all continents.

It's because she got a free chip for her b'day, met WR but couldn't withdraw. He's in the US and it is impossible to withdraw from Rivals as there is no withdrawal option.
