Hi,

anyone with experience with them ?

I made a withdrawal 8 days ago.

After 2 days, I asked in the Chat. They said I should have got a mail requesting my documents, but I never got one (for sure).
So she gave me a mail address and I sent my documents. She said the money should be 2 days later in my MB account.

2 days later, I had a new chat. She said she will investigate and I will get a mail the next day.

The next day I had a new chat. AGAIN, she said she will investigate and I will get a mail.

2 days later: NOTHING !!

For sure, this may just mean they are busy and have a bad support.

But one other hand: 8 days no mail...

Anyone with experience ?

This is from their web site:

I got a generous bonus on my first deposit using my credit card and the first time I made a withdrawal it actually took only 48 hours. I am impressed and I just want to say keep up the good work.

Jennifer S, San Jose CA

I'm impressed too......

Are you using hotmail by any chance? Their spam filters are horrible and tons of legitimate emails get caught up in them.

Hi poser,

I have a pending withdrawal too since monday. I've just got an email from their CS saying they have technical problem with withdrawals and that they will try to solve next week..(too much time IMO )

But to be honest, I have to say that 2 weeks ago I made a withdrawal and had the money in my Moneybookers account in 48h, so I think there is a real problem.

I've PM'd TIV Representative here at Casinomeister and he asked for my account number to take a look at this.

I'll tell you something as soon as I have news...

Problems (issues) like this can generally be avoided by using something like Click2Pay, Neteller or similar 3'rd party depositing method.

Using a CC directly with any casino/poker room or online gambling venue for the first time, is going to require you send docs and copies of your CC front/back & sometime a signed CC authorisation doc too.

The likelihood of any place getting scammed is high when a new player uses a CC for the first time. Keep in mind they don't know you, for all they know the card could be stolen...

Granted some places still require proof of ID regardless. But I think you'll find most these days are now accepting that these 3'rd party payment firms screen sign ups and have already validated your proof of ID docs, which they also have on file.

Cheers

:)

Hi Trezz,

I agree with in your comments, but I think this time the problem is not the deposit method (at least in my case :))
I use Moneybookers to make the deposits (that is equal to C2P or Neteller) and I'm waiting for 5 days...

You'll get paid...

TIV may be having some problems, but I have no doubt you will get paid. I've had a withdrawl go thru in less than 2 hours from TIV, once they get the problem fixed, i'm sure you'll be the second to know.

I also deposit and withdraw thru moneybookers at TIV. Sometimes it takes 48 hours only and sometimes 5-6 days. Rest assured that they are bound to pay though.

still one time 48 hours , next time 8 days, its not exactly what a gambler wants..........IMO:rolleyes:

I am finding out there are some delays for payments at most Rival casinos (400affiliates casinos and Pantasia, Simon Says and Mayan Fortune). I honestly don't know what the complete issue is but the only thing I have been told is it will be sorted by next week. It seems like a technical issue on our part but I won't speculate more until I find out what the problem is, I have only been told it will be fixed next week. I will post once I get a detailed answer.

In the meantime for any players at thisisvegas who are waiting for cashins please pm me your account and I will see what I can do to try to make up for the problems we have caused.

Sincerely,

John Wright

Yes, I used Moneybookers to deposit and withdraw.

Now it's 9 days, but I hope its technical.

But what I'm really concerned is just that I did not get one single mail from them, albeit they claim to have sent me at least 2. My mail address is correct.

Any ideas ?

poser, just sent you a pm so respond there.

As for everyone else all I have right now is that it is a technical issue and it will be resolved sometime this week. I truly wish I had more than just that to give you but trust me I have made calls and emails to find out, like the exact time it would be fixed. I do know that this is our fault so I do apologize for that. Anybody affected by this just send me a PM and I will see what I can do for your account.

John

Im partially one of those affected.......

In spanish they say... los que no lloran no maman...

Really strange thing.

Now even the casino manager here, which I sent an PM said he sent me mails but I didn't get one of them.

I have no spam filter, checked directly on the providers site a.s.o.

There must be an error in their email server.

I NEVER had this before with emails on my site.

Anyone who has the same problem ? Not getting mails ?

THX

Hi Poser

I sent an email to Mayan Fortune yesterday and received a reply no problem.

I would do an isolation test (ie try another email addy) and see what happens.

Unfortunately with a**hole spammers constantly flooding us with useless garbage, ISPs have become very careful about who they whitelist.

Mind you, I would be interested to know what the technical difficulty is considering it is affecting all rival casinos and all payment methods

What do you mean with isolation test ?

The casino and the manager here get my mails. I don't get their answers..

I asked the casino manager here to send an email to another email address of mine. But wether he didn't do it already or it is not come through too.

But, I get all other emails as normal. I started to check on the website of my provider instead of pop them with Outlook. I have no spam filter activated there (wether Outlook nor WEB.DE).

Really strange.

ya know I am always sending
emails to gonegambling 3 different
addies they would go thru at times others they wouldnt

so dear Enzo from 3Dice suggested gmail

I have not missed nor has the reciever ever missed a
email since

it could be YOUR email

just a thought
Good Luck

One month ago, I was paid thru moneybookers 5 days after submitting my withdrawal. Do I qualify?:notworthy:notworthy

Wow, this is really strange.

Now they have sent mails to two of my email addresses and I got none.

Can't be on my side, because theese are two different email providers:

Yahoo
and
WEB.DE

I cannot believe I should be the only one as the manager says...

I have been having trouble getting emails from Rivals too. I use Yahoo! and believe me, they have no spam filter. I am certainly getting all the Nigerian mail and the "make it bigger" mail. The only way I know if I have a freebie any more is to open each casino and check promos. Was getting them fine and about 2 weeks ago they started going south on me.
