No one can help me. Not netspend or 3dice. I have $339 tied up that I can't get.It has been 1 week already. Here is the reply from Netspend.......

Thank you for contacting NetSpend customer care regarding your account.

We understand that you would like to have the pending transactions be release back on the account.

Please be advised that pending transactions are transactions that have not been processed or posted. These transactions include credits, debits and holds on your account. These transactions will remain pending on your account until the merchant collects what it is owed. If the merchant does not collect, the funds will be held for 7 days for purchases under $100, 30 days for purchases from $100 and above, or 90 days for car rentals and hotel stays. Once this time period passes, the funds will automatically be released back into your account.

That is crap - I guess my issue was easier to fix since it was under 100.00

Rob - I have the wired plastic card too - Can you re-load those at pretty much the same places as Netspend??

I feel your pain. I have the same problem with 3dice and Netspend for $100. $1 over the limit. The bad thing is I didnt check my balance before I deposited and after I dep $300 my balance was only $200. WTF? I've been through this before and you just have to sit it out for 30 days. NETSPEND customer service has to be the absolute worst in the business, and they know it.

Im sick and tired of the BULLSHIT we have to put up with.

Rich, why in the world would you pay those kind of fees when all you have to pay with QT is $30 for withdrawals ??

At TIV, however you deposited is your only withdrawal option...will not even split a withdrawal amount once one is in compliance with money laundering laws.

I have to disagree with you here my friend...since I deposit there and at all the Rival casinos with my bank debit card (MC) and I withdraw with my QT account...they could not pay back to my bank debit MC anyway...;)

Actually on another note...do international online casinos even come under the jurisdiction of the US money laundering laws...:D

Well maybe if they try and sell their wares in Kentucky...huh !!

That is true. It only applies to e-wallets as I do remember that being said but I get a free pass as I have never used a card.

Actually, did not know it was an option since our government is now run by those financials institutions....should have known better when the two most powerful men in the US are named Bush and Dick!!

Damn man, I missed your excellent question:D Ya know Kentucky just down the road;)

With the wealth of legal issues discussed on this forum i.e. money laundering, tax evasion, identity theft, fraud (almost would think it was legal as long as on the Net sometimes:rolleyes::confused::rolleyes:), UIGEA, CTR'S, STR'S et al, like you:thumbsup:, also try here to keep it real, fwiw. Good stuff below for all forum members.

I will get to work on the above issue. Hopefully, my Kentucky state law research will not involve any information compiled by any of those attorneys from Possum Trot, Kentucky! (not even a great place to visit):eek2:

One gaming specific site and the other, a great reference site that includes all law including gaming:

If a lawyer and an IRS agent were both drowning, and you could only save one of them, would you go to lunch or read the paper?

Rob

When I log in to This Is Vegas site and go to the withdrawal page there are only 3 options available to me. 1. Ewalletexpress 2. UseMyWallet 3. Click2Pay
I did not see any other options?
