I would be very careful with Betway. They are currently rated D- at SportsbookReview and they went down to F in the summer. Here are comments in the summer from Bill Dozer who runs SBR:

This big bonus seems aimed at the very countries other casinos label as "bonus abusers". Sweden and Finland are bonus banned at many casinos, and Latvia seems rather an odd choice, as many casinos do not like the old Eastern European countries because they are worried about fraud.
Italy, France & Germany are countries whose government have tried to BAN online casinos at one time or another.

It seems this offer is targeted at countries that do not normally get accepted for promotions with other casinos, and EU countries that have made it clear they do not want their citizens playing online casinos (unless the state owns them).

It is not just a large bonus, but over the top considering it is 100%. There have been bonuses this high elsewhere, but not for 100%, or anywhere near it.

If you make a deposit and get a bonus they can claim that your not entitled even if you make a minimum deposit, and not pay you if you win or even keep your deposit as a bonus abuser.

This should not be a problem. You have to Email them to ask for the bonus, so it should not be given automatically. If they are not offering anything now for your country, wait till they either do, or stop offering such a "scammable" deal for those others. The problem is that this bonus is highly likely to be played by advantage players, and there could be a knock on effect even for those players not using bonuses, down to a sudden drain on cashflow, or having CS tied up with complaints if they start not paying because of "bonus abuse".
Casinos have folded in the past for offering badly designed bonuses, and not spotting the problems in time. The original "Captain Cooks" casino under Integrity was brought to it's knees by "advantage players", and more or less went bust, with Casino Rewards rescuing the casinos in the group. They had a bonus system that was easily exploited, but didn't have their eye on the ball, and spotted the problem too late when an advantage play method was found.

I have seen posts from Finns about being banned because "Finns are bonus abusers", so while being active gamblers, casinos also think they are far too clever, rather like the Danes and the British.

Golden Palace may have offered that monster of a bonus, but what about when it came to paying the winners, anybody with even a rudimentary grasp of Blackjack should have made a healthy profit, provided they were patient & didn't go mad.
