We made one at work just for the new people that want to sneak to the computer what a gas to see how they act.
Get a spare keyboard before you get friends over to the house.
What I did was use the space bar.

I have also one...easier to make it.


Wait till your colleague left his/her desk and if he/sho forgot to lock PC quickly take a screeshot of desktop and save it as a BMP (Paint or something). Take a note of screen resoulution so you make this screenshot the same size as screen. Then set this picture as a backroun (deskotop properties).

After pictuer is set as background picture, turn of "show desktop icons" (right click on desktop, then "arange icons by" ant then uncheck "show dektop icons".

Finally set taskbar to "autohide" (right click on taskbar, then properties and uncheck "lock taskbar" if chacked and check "Auto-hide the Taskbar"..

Stand aside and continue with your work waiting for a wiictom. Sneak how he or she start clicling on the mouse without a chance to start anything.

If it was me, I'd use multiple random keys (maybe the vowels? ) instead of caps lock, and instead of a long musical piece, just have it play random short sounds. Most people rarely use their caps lock, so it could be days before they "get" the prank..
