Let me tell you my scenario:

Got 10 free spins on Thunderstruck II used 2 of them and got the feature and won £4.95. I left the rest of the spins and played Big Khauna Snakes And Ladders got the snake feature and won £54.00 then decided to play Gold Factory got the feature and won £104. I checked the withdraw feature and it said I had (not exactly) about £17 playthough so I played for about another hour and eventually lost it all but even when i was down to a few pennies it still said I had to do the bonus withdraw of the same.

The playthrough seemed quite high for a £4.95 win do you think this sounds about right for losing over £100 with various climb backs before losing it all.

If you are playing a standard MG Casino which is Bx30 then $5 will be $150 playthrough - so could be about right.....

Its definitely not 30x for this casino as the playthru attained by the op should be much higher than 150 unless the whole balance was wagered on 1 or 2 spins.

FYI BelleRock has a 50x (or 60x possibly) playthrough on free spin winnings and a $100 max withdraw.

X50-60 as WR and a strict max withdrawal is quite bad. But it is understandable if it is given to new customers as part of a sign on bonus-package.

But do you know if this usually also applies for free spins given to loyal customers?

Yup is does mate.

I received some free spins after not playing there for 3 years.

I won about $20 which was amazing from 17 spins @.30 but couldn't make the $1000+ WR. Way to get a dormant player back eh?

Sorry it was Cinema Casino.

What WR are they using for bonuses?

If you played through less than this before busting, then nothing is wrong.

£5 is such a small amount though, that after those decent hits, it should have been easy to clear the WR before losing it all back, which is probably what made you wonder in the first place.

I have looked through my play history and this is how it breaks down: (I Can't do screen prints have no word)
Thunderstruck II £5.45 from 2 free spins after Bonus feature
Big Kahuna Snakes & Ladders 5 spins @ 60p snakes and ladders feature win £50.40 Total £53.18
Gold Factory 18 spins @£1.00 (first few spins 50p) features win £22.00 Total £104.29 (got the feature twice)

After this i played another 20 pages on various games mostly Gold Factory £1 and Lumber Cats 60p.

These are Cinema's T&C's if anyone wants to check.
